“Nesting tables I ordered/received were delivered on time on the estimated date stated at order time. I was not disappointed at the quality, size or looks of the tables. They were exactly as described. Will consider ordering from Nathan James again.”

“I sincerely love my headboard. It comes with a template so that you know exactly how to hang it on the wall, the fabric is good quality and it’s very sturdy seeming. It does require that you drill a good few holes so just be prepared for that. The fabric seems to be of very good quality. Delivery happened sooner than expected as well”

“I moved to a new city shortly before the holidays and needed to furnish my new apartment. Unfortunately the package carrier for my new furnishings delivered my entertainment center to the wrong building at my complex and I was never able to locate it, luckily the customer happiness team was able to help me through the whole process of quickly getting a replacement sent out and delivered to an alternative address where I knew I'd be able to receive the package directly. They really made the whole process incredibly easy and their commitment to making something right that wasn't even their fault to begin with was incredibly impressive. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone I know.”

“Cameron has been the most unbelievable customer service rep i have ever dealt with. He has been sooo helpful since I sent in my email asking for help in the problem i had with my new sideboard. it came with afew scratches and dents and he offered me a new one or discount on existing. It wasnt even the offer that is making me write this, it is because of Cameron and his very nice emails and the fact that he didnt give up, just kept helping me. Thank you Cameron”

“I've ordered 4 different items from Nathan James and I couldn't be happier! I was skeptical at first when I saw the prices but I went ahead and placed an order. To my surprise, everything was been beautiful and high-quality furniture. On top of that delivery was in 3 days!”

“Items arrived quickly, with great communication though out the delivery process. We have bought a lot of furniture that needed to be put together and my husband’s exact comment was “wow, those are the best instructions I have ever seen, I am impressed.” Our pieces are exactly what we expected and then some for the price!”
