“I found the content helpful, and I am a County Counselor who deals with land use issues and condemnation on a regular basis in my practice. The only aspect with which I could find fault was that, while the Arizona presenters seemed to make good use of their time, the Chicago presenters seemed to allocate more of their time to the material on the earlier slides and then had to race through the later slides. This was especially evident during the ethics presentation. However, I took no issue with the content of the material from the Chicago presenters and enjoyed listenting to Mr. Florey.”

“The video I viewed, Advanced Estate Planning 2024, overall was good. I did feel a bit shortchanged when two planned presenters were not present and we just got a reading of thier materials by another lawyer. The young lady did a good job working on short notice, but I can read the materials myself. We missed out on the insight we expected to gain from the planned presenters. A second problem is that I had to download and watch the video, and was not told in advance of the need to record each of the letters in each session (or however they were randomly placed) so that those could be entered when we apply for CLE credits. I suspect I missed one, and if I did then I may have filled in the blanks in the wrong place when I applied.”

“Did Land Sureveyor Webinar on Dec. 13th. First hour went well but I began to have loss of sound and absence of verification problems starting at 11:45. Was able to contact NBI and eventually sound and verifications came back and I was able to finish the program. NBI contact person was very courteous and helpful in getting tjhe problem resolved.. I was pleased to receive full credit for the 6 hour webinar despite the interruption. Looking forward to another webinar on Friday.”

“Bruno Richard Hauptmann, convicted of the murder of the Lindbergh baby. As might be supposed this was a highly intresting presentation on the development of the evidence used to convict Haupman. The only disappointment was that the presentation addressed only minimally the evidentiary issues that arose at trial. At least that was my take away. A good choice if you need to knock off a couple remaining CLEs before the reporting deadline.”

“Overall, the Maryland HR Law seminar packed a lot of valuable information into a one day seminar and I was very happy to see that some of the presenters were Maryland labor & employment lawyers. However, there was too much emphasis on Federal law and not nearly enough detail on state specific laws. I realize this is considered a basic seminar, but I feel there should be more in depth coverage of state laws.”

“Webinar was generally very good. However, first speaker was not well prepared for first session and said he had not even seen the session slides in advance and he had an internet connection that failed repeatedly. You should have assure the quality of the speaker's internet service and preparation of topic in advance.”

“The speakers were very good as they were all current judges who did an excellent job of explaining best practices in their courtrooms. This was a live in-person seminar, which is far more engaging and educational than an online seminar. There needs to be many more live in-person seminars because not only for the educational experience, but, the great benefit of avoiding technical difficulties with on line programming.”

“While I love the classes and learning new things, I find that at times the person giving the class is sometimes not the best choice. If you sound like you really don't have a clue or the voice to provide delivery confidently, then maybe that should be changed.”
