“Brilliant service. I had a troublesome fluorescent light that kept flashing and wouldn't start properly. The fault remained after changing both the tube and starter, I looked to replace the ballast. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate a supplier in the UK. I contacted National Lamps & Components for advice as they stocked a wide range of the same manufacturer I was looking for. Their advice and communication was first rate. They suggested the ballast doesn't normally manifest the fault I had so checked the bulb and starter were the correct specification. They were so although they couldn't supply the exact ballast I needed they found a suitable replacement. The replacement ballast was only around £8.00, but even so nothing was too much trouble for them to help me. As I said the service was brilliant and I can't recommend them enough. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.”

“Nearly 2 weeks after ordering the bulbs I have still not received them. I contacted national lamps and components a week after ordering to find out where my order was. I was told the delivery address was incomplete (It was fine in my order confirmation). When was someone going to contact me about this? Anyway I’m still waiting for them”

Dear Customer Many thanks for your review Apologies in the delay on your order being dispatched. We contacted you via email you on the 3rd, 4th,and 7th regarding this address query, due to our our couriers system not locating your address. Your order was then dispatched on the 11th as you advised us passed our courier collection time on the 7th. This was dispatched on a 2-3 day delivery service via Royal Mail. Please note that due to the time of year Royal Mail are experiencing slight delays, that being said this should be to delivered by the 14th. Many Thanks National lamps
