“Greg was helpful by answering my many questions but I don't like the fact that you didn't give me a discount on my new purchase after my old purchase was not a good one (as it began to sag in the middle). 905-818-7402 is my number if you care to do something. I came back to your store in spite of my previous discontentment.”

“Amazing Service My husband and I went to the Markham location. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Answered our questions. “Sales process very professional. He was very knowledgeable without being pushy. Of course the choice was mine but thr guidance he provided made it easier for me. Prices were very good as I earlier examied the selection at a competitor. I feel confident that I have a good deal. I certainly would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a mattress.”

“We visited 4 other stores before going to National Mattress. I enjoyed the fact that there were so many varieties displayed, with the information and price shown. But my favourite thing was that the sales person was not invasive at all. Tristan greeted us kindly, let us know what promos were going on and then gave us the time and space to decide. When we asked for more info, he was there and very helpful. 10/10”

“I had a great experience shopping at National Mattress. I kind of knew what mattress I wanted going in. The customer service rep was friendly and greated us, he was very knowledgeable and informative. The price of the mattress was great and they had a no-tax event going on. Would recommend!”
