“The representatives in the Mississauga national mattress outlet location that we went to were great, friendly and informative. They answered my email follow up questions quickly, and my delivery was scheduled within the same week of purchase. The mattress is awesome. Great price and delivery was also great.”

“The store had a lot of selection and a variety of price points. Easy to find something that was a good quality, but still affordable. The customer service rep (Hephzibah A.) was very helpful and polite, without being high pressure. He asked questions to determine what our best mattress options would be, listened, made helpful recommendations, explained the current store promo, and loaded our purchase into the car. Definitely appreciated the entire experience and would recommend National Mattress!”

“I had already did my research so I knolew what I wanted when I got there. I was greeted at the door and brought right to the mattress I wanted. I tried it out and he suggested I lay on a few other which I did. Then I got a free pillow with my purchase for leaving a good review. Amazing staff and service. I'll be going back for future mattress purchases.”
