“My delivery was delayed because the driver noticed that they had a double mattress on the truck as opposed to the queen size I had ordered. Wayne from Hamilton was kind enough to sort things out for me. Even with the delay, I am pleased with National Mattress.”

“The salesman (Steels branch) was informative and helpful,guiding me through the collection till I found the 3 products I wanted to buy (a mattress, box spring and frame). He arranged for the delivery that arrived on time to the assigned room at my apartment. Eveything was done perfectly well by the delivery people as well. I communicated with the company in person, since I wanted to see the products and choose a suitable matress and box spring.”

“Shoppiong in store was easy. The price was very reasonable for the Q.size mattress I bought. No tax sale which made things better. Free ship to my home was great. Small charge to have the mattress brought up to the bedroom from the delivery truck paid ahead of time. No big deal considering cost incurred so far. Delivery was set for Monday, 12-2. They arrived soon after 12 and I got a call giving me a 7 min heads up to arrival. Bed arrived in good condition. Good experience from start to end. Recommended.”

“Great company to work for competitively priced and excellent options of choosing mattresses to fit everybody in my family’s needs these guys were friendly right from the door. I’ve dealt with them before I have no complaints with the mattress we have now it’s been about four years, we are in the market to buying my daughter one. I’m very competitively priced offer free delivery. Can’t wait for our mattress to arrive.”
