“I randomly googled pocket friendly mattress in Hamilton and National Mattress showed up on my list. After surfing their website and already saw what I wanted, luckily for me it was very close to my house, just 13 mins drive. I decided to walk into their store so I could lay on the mattress to be sure it was extra firm as stated on their website. Lo and behold it was exactly what I wanted. The attendant did well to show me around the store and explained in details all the mattress available. I finally placed an order and mistakenly chose delivery date as 14th September 2024 instead of 7th September 2024. When I got the order confirmation and saw that I mistakenly chose 14th September I was angry at myself cos I really wanted the mattress asap. The purchase was made on 4th September and I wanted it on 7th. I called the customer care line, without ringing much someone picked the call and took my order number and immediately changed my delivery to 7th September as I have wanted. On Friday 6th September I got a live tracking details for my order to be delivered the next day. 7th September my mattress and box spring was delivered to my house within the time frame stated on the live tracking. I am enjoying my mattress now. Guess what? You can pay on instalment via Affirm. No regrets buying from National Mattress”

“Purchased a double mattress last week in store, unfortunately when they looked they did not have it in store. We were immediately offered a refund but they were able to check stock at another store and got it delivered. Delivery guys called and kept in touch to let me know it would be delivered the day of and what time. Both in store staff and delivery staff were friendly and professional!”

“Would definitely recommend National Mattress over all the other mattress companies that charge for overhead which is not necessary. Go with National Mattress and you won't be disappointed. Delivery was great - received reminders and they even gave you heads up on exact arrival time Thank you”
