“Customer service was great and the product was exactly what we needed. We purchased the same 2” box spring 3 years ago for another bed in our home and the price today was equivalent to 3 years ago - which is very rare considering inflation these days.”

“What a great store! I think I've heard this jingle before, but wish NM could use it today because it's true - "why buy a mattress anywhere else?" - while the significantly reduced prices are a key reason (compared to big retailers), they have great selection, friendly and VERY knowledgeable staff, flexibility to try matresses and take your time (with no weirdo sales person looking over you like in retail stores). This place is the best. I've bought several mattresses here. Also free delivery!!”

“I was extremely pleased with the level of professional and knowledgeable service. No pressure, no rush. My first visit my service rep directed me to mattresses that were economical priced (my budget is limited). He was completely respectful, showed me a number of mattresses in my price range and encouraged me to take my time and lay down to see how the mattress felt. I gave it some thought and returned to the store. My second visit was just as amazing as the first. I had done some additional research so had some more questions. The service rep wasn’t the same at the first and again took his time answering all my questions and again I was encouraged to not to rush my decision. You’d think I was the only customer in the store but I wasn’t and I can testify that every customer received the same level of service and personal attention. Definitely recommend National Mattress and would shop there”
