“The staff were good in explain the difference between the 2 Beautyrest Hamony vs Hamony Lux - No commission type of pressure buy like Sleep Country and The Bricks. Got the Black Friday sale - no taxes & delivery date time is as per order. The key is the Price & no pressure buy.”

“The person I dealt with was extremely friendly and efficient. Very impressive. However, I found the claim that next day delivery was possible was misleading when in fact, delivery was available only Tuesdays and Thursdays. And the location of the store was awful: it took over 3 hours to get there and back from Pape and Danforth.”

“I made my order on a Friday for a Monday pick up in Barrie. I called John P to confirm the stock. He confirmed quickly and easily. When I picked it up on Monday, it was read to go and helped me load my purchases into the truck. In and out 5 mins. Super easy.”

“national mattress outlet met my needs, and i knew what to expect. Its an outlet. so no fancy showroom, etc. they have a few options of various price ranges for some top rated brands. Price beat other places i checked on line before, and that was my #1 thing. the sales rep explained the layout and let us go about our business and when we needed help, he did and was quite knowledgable of the items we asked about. we made our purchase and free shipping was arranged for a week later.”
