“First of all, the online shopping experience is excellent—convenient and quick. Then I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for their timely and patient responses and assistance, which allowed me to successfully complete my order and choose a suitable shipping date. Both mattresses were delivered on time and the quality is great; they are very comfortable.”

“They were a great team. They helped with the process and didn't hesitate to explain everything as much as needed, asking questions that helped in the decision-making process. We had the option to try the mattress as many times as we still had doubts about. They were frank and friendly and did not try to sell for the sake of selling, but recommended cheap and worthy options to avoid needless overbudgets. Highly recomendable”

“Greg was helpful by answering my many questions but I don't like the fact that you didn't give me a discount on my new purchase after my old purchase was not a good one (as it began to sag in the middle). 905-818-7402 is my number if you care to do something. I came back to your store in spite of my previous discontentment.”
