“Salesman lacked customer relation, and courtesy. Delivery was said to be free but he started ads on when I said deliver to my bedroom on first floor $35/ and then when I said take away the used mattress, another ads on $20/ Horrible terrible experience. If delivery is free, then atleast delivery to bedroom, and take away of old mattress should be included in the cost with free delivery.”

“Mattress delivery was great. Very professional and on time. Was not happy with the box Springwall box spring, looked cheaply made and the dimensions were off. Its was 79” not the stated 80””

“Customer service was a 10/10. I needed to purchase 2 mattresses the same day as I was shipping them of the country the following morning. Peter and Jon were both extremely helpful and made the process very easy. The prices are a steal for all types and qualities of mattresses and an added bonus is that they are under warranty. Pickup was easy as my items were ready upon my arrival. Will definitely be purchasing from them in the future and recommending to all!”
