“This is our first time purchasing from this company and the service from ordering on line to customer service answering our strange questions , to the delvery service was outstanding . Highly would recomand them to anyone looking for a matress or box set. Prices are fantastic cheaper then other locations.”

“National Mattress was recommended to me by my cousin last year and I just got a chiro medic mattress along with a box spring. To be honest, the mattress feels like lying down on a cloud. The quality is top notch and the order to deliver process was way quicker than I expected. I will 100% recommend National Mattress to other people.”

“I ordered online on National Mattress website and was later provided with a mobile text link to check on the delivery progress. Ordered on Tue. and next delivery date was Fri. Delivery window was only 2 hours, so you don't waste whole day waiting. Tracking delivery link made it worry free and it is accurate within 5 minutes. Really like the Simmons Deep Sleep "Drowsy" coil spring mattress. Good back support and soft enough tight top cushioning when turning in my side. Thanks National Mattress for your good service.”

“We visited a showroom to feel the mattress before ordering online. The salespeople were helpful even though we didn’t buy there in store. Ordering online was easy, delivery was smooth and very well communicated. The mattress is wonderful, and was a great deal.”

“Overall, this was a decent mattress-buying experience, although some things could have been better. The mattress itself is great and came at a nice price. But the customer experience and communication could certainly have been a bit better. Initially, we were quite frustrated with the delivery process, as they didn't curb our old mattress and forgot to deliver the protector. However, they did come back the same day with the protector and refunded us for not curbing our existing mattress.”

“We arrived at the Woodbine location for pick up. We tried a different mattress while we were there as per Logans suggestion. Turns out we preferred it. He refunded our original order and we got the one we wanted. Great service and good value compared to competitors. It was worth the drive from Peterborough.”
