“Mattress was delivered damaged and National mattress customer support claims to dmaage done by us, I have the video footage which I can share with them, still refuse to rectify mistake by saying " Donnie (National Mattress Outlet) Aug 30, 2024, 5:31 PM EDT Hi, Dhruv. I'm sorry to see that there is some damage to your mattress. This damage seems consistent with the results of the mattress being dragged on the side. Given that this damage is largely visible and obvious, it is very unlikely that both you and our delivery team would have missed this damage when inspecting the mattress. I see from the photos taken by our delivery team, the mattress was delivered to you sitting on the side where it was damaged. I also see that you opted for ground-level delivery- it is likely that this damage occurred after delivery, due to being dragged into your building after delivery. However, we do still want to do what we can to help, in the interest of good faith. Please allow us to offer a one-time exchange to replace this item, per our 90 night comfort guarantee, at no cost to you. Please note that you will not be eligible for any further exchanges." I can't trust them as they refuse to refund.””

“This was my second purchase from National Mattress. I went back to them for their reasonable rates and 90 day sleep trial. I was amazed with this time was the exceptional service they provided 1. When I visited the store, by helping me narrow down on the mattress based on my requirements. 2. When the mattress was delivered, the delivery agents were very understanding and helpful even when building management were not. 3. When I eventually called them for assistance with a concern I had with the delivery, the call center agent was really quick understanding and addressing my concern. Thank you NM you are making mattress affordable and the experience of choosing one so much easier for all. :)”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of questions answerd in a straight up proffessional way. Delivery also courteous and focused on doing the best they could. my boxspring wouldnt fit the stairway due to a stairlift, and the guys even tried to problem solve that! Very kind. Will recommend”
