“Their prices are good and their selection is good (when they have inventory). What needs improvement is answering the telephone and keeping more than one or two in stock. I was shopping for bunk bed mattresses and was challenged getting what I wanted. I will say that Peter at the North York Store was did his very best to help me. He was knowlegable and friendly and wantd to help. In the end, I made the purchase and am happy. I will go back again.”

“Our sales person in the Hamilton store was lovely… very friendly and knowledgeable, without being pushy. Price was very good, and I like the option of thinner box springs. We still wanted a base in our existing metal bed frame, and the 2” option is light enough for one person to carry. It’s our first bed in a bag. It felt surprisingly comfortable in the store. Hoping it feels just as comfortable after months of use. Time will tell!”

“I have recently bought a Chirofoam Extra Firm mattress from the Markham location and so far it has been the best mattress that I’ve ever had. What I love about the store and this purchase: - Spacious with so many different mattresses to test to find the one that works best. Not sure why but they are closer to actual new mattress quality than an Ikea store. - Non pushy salesmen who provide good insights and info when needed. I really appreciate that. - Good stock and purchase done in 5mins. Really good prices compared to manufacturers. I will absolutely return for future purchases as well.”
