“I was searching for a good place to buy mattress for weeks and after visiting national mattress store in Mississauga I saw lot of affordable and good quality mattress. The staff were very friendly and they had good product knowledge which helpled me to purchase my mattress. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy affordable quality mattress”

“It was a great experience shopping at National Mattress. They had a wide range of mattresses from different companies and price points. Plus, they offered pillows so we could try out the mattresses and find the perfect fit. Being able to buy and take home a mattress right away was super convenient. We bought a foam mattress from Serta and I'm really happy with it. P.S. They even have a return policy!”

“I searched many sites looking for a specific type of mattress. I decided to go with National Mattress and things went quite smoothly. Firstly, I purchased through the webpage, but when I spoke with a member from the customer service team on the phone, he was really friendly and more importantly, helpful. He was knowledgeable and even reminded me about any applicable coupons. The item did say "out of stock", but I did receive updates about the backorder and was told as soon as it arrives, they will ship it out; and they did. I was notified by text and email. I was also update by the delivery crew who also were friendly and professional. As for the company, no complaints and thank you for your detailed customer service -- now I just have to sleep on the mattress and see how that goes... ;o) Steve P”

“My mattress is getting delivered today but I had a fantastic experience at the store with Alex! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the selection process with ease. With his expert advice, I found the perfect mattress that suits all my needs. If I ever need another mattress in the future, I won't hesitate to return. “My wife and I recently visited one of their outlets in Vaughan near Steeles. Set up of the warehouse was very nice and staff are very helpful and accommodating. We were able to try all of the mattress that we wanted to try and pick the best for us. Fantastic experience and service.”
