“The employee was very kind and patient. He gave us time to check out all of the mattresses, explained everything we needed to know, answered all of our questions, and never pressured us into purchasing anything. We felt very comfortable on our visit, and that made us purchase our mattress with you.”

“We just dropped by to look at some mattresses and Trsitian greeted us right away and answered the questuions we had. He was really knowledeable about mattresses. We were looking for extra firm mattress and Tristian explained that no other store has the type of mattress that you offer so we end up buying a mattress right away. We just got our mattress yesterday. Delivery was on time and easy drop to our house. It would be nice if they take the mattress upstaris. The mattress itself is very nice and after one night of sleep, so far we are happy with it.”

“I had done some online browsing of discount mattress stores, and National Mattress enticed me by offering me a $50 coupon if I registered on their website - so I did, and that made the decision of *where* we would buy our new mattress. When we got there, Conor explained to us how the mattresses in the store were organized, and that each different one had a rolling bed frame you could pull out and lie down on, to try out the mattress. We were there for almost two hours, Conor checked in with us occasionally to ask if we had any questions, and he was *extremely* helpful in suggesting that we could buy a 2" box spring... I didn't know they came in very small heights like that; we didn't want a "normal size" one. Eventually we made our choice and he wrote up the order, explained the delivery options, and we were done! Overall a very pleasant experience. Next time we need a mattress, we'll be back, for sure!”

“Excellent experience and we will definitely be buying future mattresses from you! The in store service was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys were very kind and arrived right on time with a call ahead so we could prepare.”

“The salesman Wayne was wonderful and very helpful. Cannot give full five stars because it has been less then a week and the mattress has not been fully broken in. May exchange for the other mattress option I was deciding between. Performing okay so far.”

“It was super easy and seamless to purchase a mattress from national. Even though our mattress was on backorder, it still didn't take long for it to come and it was pretty much in the amount of time they said it would be shipped, they arranged for a quick and easy delivery. Thabks!”
