“The purchase experience, on time delivery and price is great. However the mattress was defective on delivery and was smaller than my king bed. We reported immediately and the customer support declined replacement. They said it us usual and they can't do anything about it. It's a total disappointment...now we would have to live with a defective product for which we paid a full price...!!!!!!”
