“Sales rep was very knowledgable about the different types of mattresses and gave us some advice that helped us make our decision. The warehouse had a wide variety of mattresses. Wish there were some slightly better sales but price was decent.”

“I looked up a mattress on the national Mattress website. I went into the dundas street location on Saturday and was helped right away. The people at your customer service desk explained the process and gave us a tour. I mentioned the mattress I saw on website and he took me right to it. The whole transaction from the moment we walked in to arranging delivery took less then 20 minutes. This was the best experience shopping for mattresses I had in years. I probably can't mention the competitors where my experience was less then satisfactory but rest assured I will purchase all future mattresses from you. Thank you”

“Best mattress place ever. They have a wide selection of mattresses on site, in all price ranges and every type of mattress (plush, firm, economy, luxury, memory foam, pocket coil, etc). The store layout is perfect; you can lay on any and every mattress - all are set up as demos. A nice change from the last three bed-in-a-box mattresses I've purchased online where you just hope you like what shows up. All mattresses at the store have plastic coverings but you can still get a good idea of firmness and comfort level. The best part is no salesperson following you around and looming over you while you're lying down and rolling around on a strange mattress in a public place. The rep on site was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but not pushy; he didn't follow us around but was available and patient in answering the many questions I had (thanks Alex!). The 90-day trial and refund/exchange policy is more than fair. The mattress I bought was delivered the same week and on time, by polite and friendly guys. Will be back for any future mattress (and pillow) needs.”

“When it said 1-3 day delivery, I was really hoping to receive it in 1 day as I ended up sleeping on a chair for 3 days. Many places do same day delivery or within 1 day delivery for free, so that was disappointing. The mattress seems to cave in a bit, but overall for the price I'm satisfied”

“I really enjoyed my experience with National Mattress. The prices are great, the mattresses are great and I had such a pleasant experience every time I needed to talk to customer service. I had to change my after it had already been processed and out for delivery and everyone was so helpful and made it happen. I would recommend this company to others for sure”
