“It was a great and different experience. Arnold focus on us trying the mattress instead of sell any specific brand. Prices are competitives. I went with my husband and dad and we all loved the experience.”

“This was our first purchase at National Mattress after finding NM on line and seeing that they offer the Stearns & Foster line at such deeply competitive prices that wipe out the competition. These are expensive mattresses and their prizing was significantly below other national mattress companies. The store was very easy to navigate, cleverly laid out by price and brand. The service was welcoming, conversational and educational - not aggressive and pushy. We were left on our own to try multiple products as we wished and when we decided and made our choice all questions were answered easily and they sales agent Arnold obviously knew his products. Additional offers where investigated to give us the best price and the Black Friday no tax saved us a bundle on top of the very good price on the mattress. They even offer 3 different delivery options, one which includes delivery right to the bedroom and your old mattress pulled to your curb. We couldn’t be happier and have already referred 3 friends.”

“Originally did business with the Markham location when the Barrie location didn't exist yet. Our first visit to the Barrie location showed us that no matter which location you visit, you'll come out satisfied. The staff is always ready to help, with a smile on their face.”

“I visited Mississauga (kitimat branch) store and met Tristan, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. we spend around 30 minute and learn so much about mattress science by him. Decision making was so easy in his guidance. there is Huge selection of mattress and related stuff. absolutely recommending them for anyone who is looking to buy this big investment.”

“First of all, the online shopping experience is excellent—convenient and quick. Both mattresses were delivered on time and the quality is great; they are very comfortable.”

“They were a great team. They helped with the process and didn't hesitate to explain everything as much as needed, asking questions that helped in the decision-making process. We had the option to try the mattress as many times as we still had doubts about. They were frank and friendly and did not try to sell for the sake of selling, but recommended cheap and worthy options to avoid needless overbudgets. Highly recomendable”
