“I can’t say enough good things about National Mattress L! We purchased a mattress last year, but I was pregnant at the time and struggled to get comfortable on the new bed. The team was incredibly understanding and accommodating—they listened to our needs and guided us through the return process without any hassle. Their empathy and flexibility really stood out, and it made a huge difference during a challenging time. This level of customer care is rare, and it’s why we’ll absolutely return to them in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not only quality and well priced products but also exceptional service!”

“I know that time will tell when it comes to mattresses, but I would like to leave some compliments to the National Mattress team based out of Markham. My sis-in-law had recommended this store as she had a good experience there. My receipt says Henry H so I'll assume Henry helped us out - he was friendly and professional. We were able to test out all the mattresses at the store and picked the model we liked and ordered two of them. The promotion at the time was no tax and free delivery which was greatly appreciated. We had the mattresses delivered as promised the next day (Sunday!) when a friendly, professional driver came to our highrise and dropped them off. They offered a deliver to your door service for an additional fee but we opted to carry up the mattresses ourselves - manageable but if you are not used to lifting so much weight, or are ordering larger mattresses, definitely consider that option. They were spring mattresses and arrived rolled up and sealed in plastic. We unrolled them and let them puff up for a few hours. They fit perfectly on our twin bed frames. Thanks for everything, and we may be back for pillows!”

“The driver called to say he was approximately 10 minutes away from delivering my purchase. He arrived as scheduled. The truck was backed up into the driveway of my apartment building perfectly. He was very personable & professional. I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.”

“My good friend recommended National Mattress to me. I was obviously skeptical at first because I have never heard of this retailer before. But my friend is a very savvy and picky consumer. He researches everything before making a decision. So I gave it a go because National Mattress has an excellent selection of boxsprings and bunkie boards. I love bunkie boards and nobody carries them. I ended up ordering a Queen and King Split bunkie boards plus a Serta Foam Queen mattress for a fantastic price. Okay, now onto to the delivery which once again I am skeptical. But I was blown away by how efficient and precise their delivery system is. There are constant and up to date reminders regarding status etc. And on the day of the delivery, the driver even called me to tell me he is on his way and you are provided with live GPS tracking of the delivery truck. It is like using Uber of Lyft and knowing when your driver is arriving. This is a game changer. I really like it. The products were deliverred and set up in my house with care and I am a happy customer. A++ experience here all the way from start to finish.”

“I needed a mattress last minute 7:45 and the store closed at 8:00, I called and they waited for me. I was able to get what I was looking for and take it with me that night. Very proffesional and cutious employees. Kitchener Ontario location comes highly reccomended.”

“Went in person to try out the mattress at the Markham location. They were extremely helpful/ informative and allowed me to explore all the options without pressure. I didn’t end up purchasing in store but did so online later that night. The deliver went smooth as well! Thanks again.”
