“Very fast and efficient service despite the backup in delivery. Thomas called with status of my delivery and let me know that my base was damaged and will be sending me a 4 inch base at no extra cost. Thanks for great service”

“Henry was a wonderful sales assoicate you made purchasing our mattress a breeze. He was informative and knowledgeable about what he had in stock and which mattresses we should be looking at given our specific needs. The entire process was no longer than 30 minutes and we found a king bed that was half the price of a queen we had purchased at Sleep Country (and that didn't last more than 3 years). Highly recommend National Mattress for being honest, transparent and affordable!”

“The mattress arrived in perfect order and the delivery went very smooth. We especially like the fact it is made in Canada and truly comes from a wonderful place that specializes in mattresses. “I purchased 2 mattress sets last year (a double and a twin) and came back this year for another set (double). The store is clean and easy to shop. The quality and prices are excellent. The website is easy-to-use also, so when I arrived at the store both times, I already had a good plan on my purchase options. The in-store customer service both times was professional, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend National Mattress's Kitchener location and would shop here again.”
