“Our experience with purchasing this mattress were nothing short of amazing. We were greeted by knowledgeable staff Arnold and there was no pressure. He explained each mattress choice and gave us time to feel comfortable with our purchase. The prices were very fair. The delivery was prompt and on time. They were friendly and respectful. Overall great experience. Now to enjoy our new mattress.”

“Eden was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and to the point as we were very pressed for time and needed to make an urgent purchase with a limited budget. His explanations allowed us to make the right purchase selecting a full bed that was packed in a box as we only had a car to bring the mattress home. Way to go Eden! Keep it up!”

“Great shopping experience. Nice to be able to try most of the mattresses out. No pressure sales tactics or salesperson following you from bed to bed. Would recommend if looking for a new mattress. Excellent deals.”

“We just bought our second and third mattresses at the Kitchener location. They have lots of options at all different price points with no pressure from the staff. We will continue to purchase mattresses from them and recommend their store to everyone!”

“I was searching online to find a mattress for my mom and I came across National Mattress and planned a visit the following day. When my mom and I arrived we were greeted by Connor who gave us a quick idea of what he had in there inventory. I was a little apprehensive when I entered the store, hoping not to get pressured into purchasing, but Connor’s friendly demeanour made it an easy process. We walked out of the store less than 30 minutes with a brand new mattress for my mom. I would highly recommend this place if you are considering to purchase a mattress.”

“Double charged me due to a technical glitch and did not assist or provide refund. On top of that, when I tried to get refund through PayPal, the company lied saying I received product when they were well aware the order was not in their system so they could not have sent it. Beware that you could end up buying a mattress and end up paying double of what the price is. Very dissatisfied and will not be buying from here again.”

“Walked in to the showroom and I was greeted with a warm welcome. Expected the usual high pressure sales tactics but I was thankfully left alone until I was ready to ask questions. Then I received some of the best service I’ve had in a while which was a breath of fresh air. I gave my price range then and asked which mattresses were the best in that range. I was shown their top reviewed units but also was instructed to try them all. So I did. Just so happens the one I liked best was one of the few I was recommended. They had one in stock and gladly held it until I was able to take it away a few days later. Pick up was a breeze. They loaded it up for me. I picked a hybrid coil / foam mattress which amazingly is vacuum sealed up into a roll. Perfect for these old hamilton houses with narrow stairs. It’s a lot heavier than my old 12” pillow top queen and much more comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on. Can’t beat the service and especially the price. Don’t waste your $$ in thoes big box stores. I’ll be coming back here for my next mattress.”

“Finally, we found the extra firm mattress (NM HD Foam Extra Firm Flioppable Mattress) that we had been looking for a long time and we are happy with our decision. The company was not very helpful in transporting the mattress. We had to hire and pay for a moving company. Even though we first asked National Mattress for help. We said we would pay for the transport to go beyond their delivery area. They weren't helpful. In fact, we were accused of paying for the mattress with a stolen credit card because we had used a moving company.”
