“The excellent toilet, but many of the assembly stages could be done previously by yourselves. Making things simpler for the inexperienced. Not all the necessary components are included with the toilet, which I think should be pointed out. The toilet is fantastic though!”

“Arrived on time. Item was well packaged when it came and fitting the replacement toilet seat was an absolute dawdle. Build quality looks excellent although only time will tell in that respect. I had reviewed other sites prior to purchase and Bathstore was one of the few companies that provided all the fine detail, in terms of measurements.”

“Shame its not possible to give no stars! THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE DEALT WITH I have used a few online bathroom retailers over the past couple of weeks with no issues but have had nothing but trouble with my one order from this company. Issues with availability, very difficult to actually speak to anyone about the issues, they don't seem to know what stock they do and don't have. I requested a full refund for bath and toilet but they assured me they could supply the bath but when it arrived the order was incomplete, no panel! I am not confident that they will ever be able to supply this so sent the incomplete order away. I am now told that I may have to wait 14 days for a refund despite their error!”

“I ordered a radiator for my bathroom, I got it from the best bathrooms as I've got three from there before. I picked the free delivery as I was still working on my bathroom and didn't need it in a hurry. To my surprise, it was delivered the next day, great!”

“Easy to use the site with good product info and images. Only slight niggle was not all measurements I would have liked for some products. Overall pleasing experience however Can now add positive experience with prompt delivery, everything correct and faultless two days before the latest expected delivery date. Excellent service.”

“I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. I ordered a Heritage oak toilet seat. It was delivered promptly but it was damaged and had a cracked set. I emailed their customer support and was advised that they would send another one from the manufacturer. I heard nothing for 3 weeks and emailed them again to be told that they were still waiting for one to come in from the manufacturer. 2.5 weeks later I still hadn't heard rom them so emailed them yet again and requested a refund. They ignored this request and I was told that they should receive it into them the beginning of the following week and would send it out straight away. I chased them again 8 days later and received email saying exactly the same thing. I placed my order on 16th August and am still waiting for my toilet seat or a refund.”

“We wanted radiators for our new kitchen which had style but didn't cost a fortune. Our builder and plumber were less than helpful - to the extent that they couldn't tell us the heat output required.”

“The details included on the website were very detailed giving all the information necessary to select the radiators required. The pricing was very good and my needs were sorted very quickly and the selection finished in only a moment. Delivery was achieved within 24 hours from selection to receipt - I only wish that others could achieve such high standards”
