As someone who normally doesn't like buying on the internet I was a little apprehensive especially as the price was very good for what I was getting. However, everything arrived as it should have and in a timely manner! Am extremely pleased with my new bathroom suite, the price I paid and the service I received

I'm very pleased with my new shower room and the quality of the workmanship. The fitter was a good time keeper and pretty much as clean &tidy as it's possible to be considering the nature of the job. No part of the job contracted out which is very reassuring , as have had bad experience of that practice in the past.

I stocked 3 bathrooms/ shower rooms through these guys. Delivery was always on time, there were no faults with the products and exchange were painless. I ordered all Crosswater products as they are very competitive on prices and the quality is excellent. Will definitely continue using these guys in the future.

Great product at an excellent price. We bought 2 chrome towel warmers online. Had an email a couple of days later to collect. Turned up at the store and instructions were on the door to ring. Spoke to a member of staff who brought my purchase to the door. Very quick and easy. Very happy with my experience and would happily shop here again.

Customer service was excellent. Delivery was fast and efficient. They informed us every step of the way, the lady on the telephone was polite as was the delivery guy. I purchased a bath and the quality is great, I have nothing negative to say about the entire transaction. Highly recommended

As others before me this company is disreputable at best. I won’t bore you with details of lies, promises broken, emails unanswered, time wasted on hold, the list of bad service is never ending!! Ordered in January still waiting for items. Returned an unused item worth £123 they won’t refund money haven’t even confirmed they have received it even though they signed for it! I’d call this theft!! Despicable company don’t use them and go through what many of us have had to endure!

I was extremely pleased with the high quality of the bathrooms that I bought from Nationwide Bathrooms and the plumber and tiler both commented that NB products were good to work with because of this. Everything promised was delivered and the customer service was excellent. I can highly recommend them and would use them again myself without hesitation.

Purchased a product in the beginning of March, received it and discovered it had a fault. Took ages to arrange return, the return conditions were an absolute joke (to the point the box couldn’t have any tape on it), almost 2 months later still waiting for my refund. Every time I called, it was about 1 hour waiting in the queue, only to be told it will all be sorted. Absolute waste of time. One star is too generous.

Sadly it’s now almost 2 months and I’m still waiting on my shower screen. ordered as in stock and available and I’m still being ignored and lied to. delivery moved more times than I can count. Each time it doesn’t come you spend an hour on the phone trying to find out what happened. The people on the phone appear really nice but tell you whatever it takes to get you off the line. They ‘guarantee’ ‘promise 100%’ etc etc and it never comes true. manager Mike will make promises to call you back and doesn’t, promised to have screen sent straight from manufacturer-next person says that’s impossible-more lies. Eventually order part delivered and screen missing. Company refused to send it out immediately stating insurance issues for glass-more lies. Now out of stock again, then in but not for us, then wrong item delivered. No form of goodwill offered due to extra costs. Emails ignored. It’s so stressful and upsetting. Avoid and go with reputable company! Will cost you more in every way!

Terrible service! Wrong colour delivered. Should be easily sorted but they totally ignore you! Over the last month I have tried their Contact Form, their Returns Request form, email to Customer Services. No response whatsoever. Emailed to say I will give a lousy review if they do not communicate with me. 2 weeks past and still NOTHING. So here is the lousy review as promised. Also, the product page boasts a 30 years warranty on the product (no way is this item ever going to last 30 years). When the goods arrived there is no mention of any warranty. And as you cannot get them to communicate - the week after the product is delivered - what chance is there of them ever honoring any warranty. Clearly they just don't care. BEWARE!

I ordered a basin and a few bathroom accessories from them, what I really like is- their delivery time! Within 2 days my parcel received and it was exactly how I wanted. Another good thing about Nationwide Bathrooms is, their extra cheap prices as compared to other stores online. I wanted something smooth on my budget and they took care of that. I am a happy customer because of the quick delivery and big discount deals.

To all those giving 1 star reviews, report this company to trading standards. This company deserves what is coming to them. They will take your money but if something goes wrong, you will have to fight to get it back. They show their customers nothing but contempt. If something goes wrong and it will, they won't rectify it. You won't get a response to any emails. This company is despicable. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of using. To anyone reading the 5 star reviews and thinking this is a good company to do business with...be very cautious. On another review site, they have been deleting suspicious 5 star reviews. Avoid this company like you do the Coronavirus. They might be cheap but that is about it. Take your money and business and go to a company that is reputable. If you do use this company, pay on a credit card or use PayPal. That way you can bring in the big guns if things go wrong.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered what was described as a close coupled toilet with pan & cistern but only received the cistern. When we eventually managed to speak to customer services ( 4 phone calls & over 2 hours on hold) were told it was an error on the description & the price was for the cistern only. When we said we would not have placed the order if the information was correct were told customer services would contact us to arrange a collection. Nothing heard. Have sent numerous messages via the contact page, promises of a call back but nothing. Will be contacting Trading Standards to report our concerns that the website is not genuine & its all a scam.

One star is too many however, I ordered two shower trays, leg packs and screens on the 27th Jan, the screens took a month to arrive and after some chasing the trays were delivered at the end of March. When I went to install one of the trays I discovered legs hadn't been set straight in the cast, making the tray unusable with the leg kit. I notified NWB on the 1st April, and despite multiple phone calls, emails and using the online contact form, I still have the faulty tray and no sight of a replacement / refund. Do not use this company, their customer service to rectify any problems is non-existent, they do not contact you when they say they would eg to organise collection, and come up with all sorts of excuses why you can't speak to "support". "Support" will send an email stating "Your query has now been passed to our dedicated support team for further investigation, a team member will respond to you by email within 3 working day, a support ticket number (#xxxxx) has now been assigned to you, please quote this reference number on all future email correspondence. To review the status of your query and add additional comments, please follow the link below: http://... " There is NO link it is a scam and it says it all. Citizens advice and trading standard are aware, but the contempt they hold their customers in is staggering. The only phone number goes through to sales, you are always on hold in a queue, and it routinely take 30 mins plus to speak become caller number 1 and speak to some one - "support is email based" according to the owner Mike Gallagher. Ive bought a different tray from a local supplier and the install can carry on despite NWB's attempt at customer service.

A short delay in items due to being out of stock but when I rang an alternative was offered straight away and all delivered the next day, items are of excellent quality and customer service was faultless, very well priced especially for the quality of items ordered 100% recommendation for goods and service provided

Order received in full within 2 weeks. Well packed and items superb as expected. Marble sink is perfect, nice color. accessories are of good quality. I Will not hesitate to order again in the future and will recommend it to friends and family.

The WORST!! service and online retailer I've ever used. Ordered a shower tray 10 of Feb, after weeks they sent the wrong item and now after no end of called, email and promises to sort it, but nothing happens..? basically they have my money and are keeping it. I will get in contact with my bank to get my money back and also see if I can take this further legally as they haven't given me what I ordered. I've used loads of online sites over lockdown for DIY projects and nationwide bathrooms are the worst. Use at your own risk and hope nothing goes wrong as they don't help or care.

Totally let down by the company! Was messed about a delivery of a radiator for a month, blaming it on manufacturer(btw based in the UK)... spent anacounted number on hours waiting on a phone queue, just to be given one after another definite delivery dates. Had to cancel the order at the end....very disappointed! Good luck to everyone, hopefully you want have our bad experience...maybe just unlucky...

I was looking for a small bathroom suite and this company had a great choice and great prices. It has now been fitted and looks very modern. Great delivery and communication. Had a bad experience with an alternative online bathroom supplier but am very impressed with this company. Will recommend it to others.
