“We are a Franchisee company of a large coffee chain . Ordered a bathroom equipment . Failed to deliver on four different occasions with the below message . Oh no! WE'VE MISSED YOU Your driver won't be able to come back today as they cover a wide area on a tight schedule If that doesn't work for you, check out your delivery options The final message was failed to deliver and returned to company. Wrote to customer service and was issued a automated ticket number 61559 on 13/07/2022 . There has been no response since . Customer service is non existent and there is no way to contact the company . Order has been full paid .”

“I stocked 3 bathrooms/ shower rooms through these guys. Delivery was always on time, there were no faults with the products and exchanges were painless. I ordered all Crosswater products as they are very competitive in prices and the quality is excellent. Will definitely continue using these guys in the future.”

“Nationwide Bathrooms is an excellent website and so easy to navigate with a great choice of products at brilliant prices. Goods arrived well packaged within 6 days of ordering. Fantastic customer service and couldn't be more helpful in response to an email query. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Really pleased with the service I received. The shower was out of stock initially and Jasmine went to great lengths to apologize for this and to keep me advised as to when it was back in stock and when it would be despatched to me. The shower was exactly as described - all very satisfactory.”

“Just purchased a bathroom cabinet and had a few questions, so chatted with the customer care team and they were excellent: responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. They also help sort out shipping and amending the address. 5 stars and hopefully the quality of the product matches the service!”

“Easy to place the order. The delivery date is scheduled for the following week. Contact made the previous day to confirm delivery for midday the following day. Delivery made bang on midday. The shower tray arrived in perfect condition. Excellent service from start to finish, greatly appreciated.”

“Beware if you need your bathroom suit in less than 4 months do not order from this company. Ordered a suite on the 24th of March through Nationwidebathrooms.co.uk and still have not received it 15 weeks later after various promises of delivery and excuses for the delay and being told I could not cancel the order. Not once have they contacted me to update me or apologise for the delays.”

“we're very pleased with the quality ad value of our purchase (toilet and basin). Service was good; arrived when they said it would and the delivery driver was aware that we should check the product before we accepted it - he waited patiently whilst we did this. No problems, good price, quality product, and service.”

“Really can't praise them enough sorted me out with my bath where as another company let me down even though id ordered it a month previous. i ordered from Nationwide bathrooms on Friday and it was here the following Tuesday thank you so much you saved the day and my installation.”

“Returned a toilet and have been waiting a month so far on a refund even though I sent the item for 48 hour delivery that I arranged as they don’t offer this service . Heard NOTHING !! It states Customer service should get back to you in three days. I have had to chase and chase completely been ignored even though I sent several emails. Can’t believe a company can offer such poor after sales. I could kick myself I should have read the trust pilot reviews. If I had I would have definitely steered clear of this website.”

“Steer clear. Ordered an expensive toilet seat , they sent the wrong one. Tried to organise correct one to be sent, ignored my emails and their phone line directs you to email. In the end I spoke to them on sales line and they gave me a ticket to organise a refund, only I had to pay for it myself to be returned. 6 weeks after it was sent back no response, ignored my email requests. Again I call the sales line and they look into it and finally get my refund, only they refused to refund me the postage back to them which cost nearly £18. Utter waste of time and caused me lots of stress.”

“I ordered two light fittings the same, they came within a couple of days by courier and were packaged well. On opening, the lights looked just like they had in the brochure, and once they were fitted looked smart, simple, and stylish. The only point I would make against this product is that the globe of the light fitting is a little grey in color when not switched on.”

“The website is easy to search for and has good explanations of the showers, I particularly like the film showing the features. I had a query about colors and called the contact number which was answered quickly as was my query. Let's hope the shower is as good as the buying experience!”
