“I had a leak on the overflow within the toilet system I purchased over a year ago. I managed to order the part that needed and with help from the technical guy was able to replace the faulty inlet valve.”

“Before business hours on Monday 9th November, I placed an order online for a vanity unit and asked for a delivery date at the same time by e-mail. Despite their e-mail auto-responder claiming they would respond within 24 hours, I didn't receive a response. I understand there is a pandemic at present so was happy to wait longer, however, I had still not received a response by end of business on Friday which concerned me. If they can't respond to a simple delivery ETA, how will they respond if something goes wrong? Therefore, on Friday 13th I e-mailed and requested cancellation of the order, as my plumber was due to arrive on Monday 16th so instead decided to buy one locally from B&Q. Coincidently, on the morning of Saturday 14th, they responded to the e-mail I sent on Friday stating that the order was in their dispatch bay. I wrote back again requesting cancellation, but then, they claimed it had already been dispatched and would not be delivered to me till Tuesday 17th. I had received no order update or dispatch notification by e-mail. They refused to provide the name of the courier or a tracking number as proof of dispatch. It was clear that the order had not been dispatched and they had no desire to cancel the order at all as they didn't want to lose the sale. I kindly requested cancellation of the order again via e-mail and by PayPal. They called me on Monday 16th asking if I still wanted the order to be delivered. I again asked them to cancel it. They said they would cancel it and they would provide a refund through PayPal. It's now Saturday 21st and I have still not received a refund. I have now opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back. They have appalling customer service - I'd advise you not to order from them.”

“Website easy to navigate, prices very good, email updates at every stage once purchase in progress. Click and collect service excellent and quick, purchase carried to the car once checked over and put into my boot. Nationwide bathrooms = professional service all the way, very impressed.”

“I was looking for a small basin to fit into a narrow bathroom and this item was a perfect size. The website made it easy to work out the dimensions and also offered related products that were necessary to install it. The basin has a great finish and is of good quality. It arrived quickly and was well packaged.”

“Had to call customer service as I had ordered an extra Bath filler, person at end of the phone was really helpful, explained the procedure of returning the item, this item is now on the way back to Nationwide Bathrooms with no hassle whatsoever. Will certainly use them again and recommend to friends and family”

“Ordered toilet seat 11/10/20 still not received despite 2 phone calls and being told each time it would be sent out immediately. They have however been very quick to take my money. Absolutely disgusting.”

“Found some of the best prices on the Internet for the items we purchased with quick delivery offered. When arrived discovered some damage in transit. Customer service excellent. “Great customer service...they answer the phone!..and deliver on time!..which was refreshing after so many bad experiences with other suppliers.. who only seem to have slow or totally unresponsive email "customer service!!!" Nationwide Bathrooms will be my first port of call in the future!”
