“A painless operation. Just an ordinary towel warmer for a good customer. It was easy to find and easy to order. It came when it was promised and was fitted the same day. Nothing special. Just what was needed when it was needed. They're on my Favourites List and I'll try them first next time.”

“We find the quality and price excellent. We have fitted quite a number of bathrooms from Nationwide Bathrooms and service has been excellent every time from delivery to aftercare when we had any problems”

“Went to a Nationwide bathroom and was pleased with how the design was done and the products we ordered. Had an issue with the wrong item sent but All resolved now. Just need to make sure you check your items as 30 days was plenty of time for us to do this as we booked our fitter a few weeks after delivery as advised.”

“I ordered a cistern. Nationwide sent wrong item. No returns paperwork inside. Contact number they gave on the receipt was a premium number resulting in a phone bill of £20. After countless calls and ridiculous excuses the company finally collected the cistern. That was well over 2 weeks ago. Nationwide bathrooms still have my £397 and had to threaten them with legal action. Please please please avoid buying from them. Worst company I have ever come into contact with.”

“Ordered my bathroom in the spring and got round to fitting it in December. Discovering that I could not fit in the shower I arranged a swap for a bath screen and towel rail. Rang on Wednesday, delivered on Saturday right on time. All products are of good quality and instructions are clear. I will definitely use them again if I need another bathroom.”

“I ordered a shower screen 2 weeks ago and since I haven’t had any delivery date off them and they won’t answer any emails I’ve sent, I’ve cancelled my order and started a dispute claim with Pay Pal they won’t even answer the deputed claim either”

“TERRIBLE service all round. No refund - just get ignored, now having to take them to court for a refund. Crooks just take your money then never return for any genuine reason. Avoid this company or any of its other company names it uses!!!”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! if you wish to cancel your order, complain about late delivery or faulty items customer service is no existent. They never reply to any emails and never follow up on any phone calls. Extremely un professional and don't even deserve 1 * We have been waiting nearly 3 months for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“Everything easy to order via the internet and their website first having spoken to them over the phone re the products needed. Payment and security are excellent and easy to do. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I was not informed when the delivery would be as someone forgot to message me to let me know the day of delivery and tracking info. Product packed properly and complete.”

“Reading all the other 1 star ratings I have seen a theme! Especially as my 1 star rating is for the very same reason. Ordered a shower tray on the 19/11/20, we rang before ordering to make sure they had stock to which they said 4 in stock and delivery would be 3-5 working days. Order was placed, still waiting! So come the 30/11/20 (7 working days later) a van from Barnsley showed up outside our house, so we thought its here. Waited and waited and waited still no knock or ring on the door. Look outside to see the driver about to drive off, I asked him was he dropping off a shower tray to which he replied yes. However the tray was not on the van. Basically had I not gone out to talk to him we would still be waiting unaware of the issue. So I rang them to which they said they needed to wait for the driver to return before working out what happened, even though I told them, they said they would get back to me. They never rang back for 1 and half days, so I rang, they said they have lost the tray and they have ordered one coming Wednesday, and delivery I was guaranteed will be by today (Friday 4/12/20). We I rang them at 11.30 today to which they said no it won't be until next week for delivery, because they received it late Wednesday. On their site they say 30 years experience in the industry!!!! 30 years and they still can't sort out customer service and deliveries!!!! Very, very, very poor service I have never dealt with such a bad company regarding service and delivery before. As with all the other reviews I would not advise using this company and had I read the reviews I would not have either. It was a call we made as they said they could deliver the tray earlier than anyone else. I will never use this company.”

“We had been looking around to refit our bathroom and amazed at some of the prices around. A friend told us about Nationwide Bathrooms, and couldn't believe the price reductions for quality goods. The ordering online was user friendly and very slick. Tracking the order was easy, and delivery efficient, giving regular updates on times, etc. All the goods were well packed. Great service. I would use them again.”

“Excellent service from Nationwide Bathrooms. The shower bath was delivered promptly, however, the bath was found to be damaged when unpacked. I contacted customer services and they arranged for a replacement bath to be delivered the next day!”

“Great service - the gentlemen I spoke to in the showroom were super helpful. I needed a Crosswater shower enclosure at short notice and they went out of their way to be helpful and check with Crosswater and their delivery company on timings. The enclosure arrived a day later than originally anticipated but still within the timeframe required. All in all very happy.”

“The sales department was excellent. I dithered a lot about what size bath to order so got two in the end. They listened to my dilemmas and talked me through every time I phoned. They were really helpful and patient. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. When I ordered the items they arrived on the planned day and returns were easy to arrange (I didn't need 2 baths!). The refund was quick. Buy from them. You won't be disappointed. 10/10 and more.”

“Buyer beware. I ordered a product which was apparently available on the website, only to find it wasn't in stock. I cancelled the order after a 2 week wait and 2 weeks later I am still trying to get a refund. It's hard to get through by phone and they rarely reply to emails.”

“Very happy with Nationwide Bathrooms, lots to choose from and very good prices, couldn’t be happier. Also, everything we ordered came quick, we placed our order on Monday afternoon and it arrived Wednesday morning, they told us a time slot and it came as they said. I cant wait to see it all fitted, just waiting for the plumber!!”

“All the items that I ordered (vanity basin and unit and illuminated mirror with the cabinet to match) arrived within 2 working days and I subsequently ordered a mixer basin tap which arrived as rapidly and with no further delivery charge. All items were in superb condition and the packaging was excellent. I would always deal with this company for future requirements.”
