“Today is the 9th January 2021. I received my order in early December and despite having spoken to Nationwide Bathroom twice and emailing since 10/12/2020, customer support are yet to respond. I am trying to get an item returned! I will not be buying from Nationwide Bathroom again due to extremely bad customer service.”

“Nationwide Bathrooms have been a great company to deal with. All products arrived in good condition with plenty of information regarding delivery times and the odd delays. Had an issue with an item ordered by mistake and the technical team helped out with finding a resolution, calling me back on a couple of occasions whilst we found a workaround. For sure will use you again and recommend you.”

“Exceptionally bad customer service, avoid this company! Ordered a chrome flush pipe set that wasn't going to fit properly so needed to return. Their website states that you must request via email an RMA goods return form before sending the item back. A company representative confirmed this when I made a telephone call. I sent email requests on the 19/12, 21/12 and 23/12 to the support email address and still no response!”

“Great products and service at very reasonable prices. Very easy to find what you want, a really good range of items to choose from. Ordering is very easy and straightforward and if you do need to talk to someone, this is also easy to do, unlike a lot of other companies.”

“I was recommended to use you and I am glad I did. The member of staff I dealt with over the telephone is a credit to you. He made my order very simple and your website made it easy for me to collate the information before I phoned in. Even though I rang after the deadline, the member of staff organized next day delivery for me which is above and beyond.”

“We purchased a full bathroom and ensuite. The products are of excellent quality. The staff was friendly helpful and polite. We would recommend Nationwide bathrooms. Those small things that did not go perfectly were corrected without question and swiftly which is exactly what we needed.”

“Popped in near closing time at the shop. The staff didn’t rush us and were very helpful with suggestions and advice. Nothing was a problem for them. New there products well and also worked as a good team. Delighted with service. Very refreshing !!”

“I wanted something different from standard looking radiators but was struggling to find the correct two sizes I wanted in the same style but found them here for a fair price. I placed the order and selected a delivery date which was met. Perfect service and really happy with the look of them”

“Don’t use this company. I had 2 toilet seats delivered that did not match the description on Nationwide bathrooms website. It took many many frustrating phone calls to eventually get them to arrange collection. Don’t bother emailing them you just get a message back from them saying that they have exceptional customer service and then you get nothing nothing. After Collection it took many more phone calls to get them to issue a refund. Be warned steer clear !!!!!!”

“The first time I used Nationwide Bathrooms but I'd have no hesitation using them again. Ordered a replacement basin tap for the bathroom and a little apprehensive in case I ordered the wrong one but the descriptions were comprehensive and helpful. Simple transaction and the tap was delivered as promised. Good quality and worth the money.”

“Just browsing on the internet for a radiator and up popped your site - I'm so pleased, the choice was endless, the reviews were positive, the assistance on the phone was polite - informative and helpful. “Website clear and simple. It was easy to find what I was looking for with lots of different choices. Would have liked it made a little clearer what exactly I needed regarding things like waste flows etc as I am not DIY friendly. Goods yet arrive so can't comment on quality etc. yet.”
