“I have used Natural Chemist both as a practitioner & a patient & have found both sides of the experience to be so good, that I will continue with both! As a practitioner, making tailored herbal formulations is intuitive & fast & as a patient, ordering is simple, the packaging & quality of the products is fantastic & delivery was timely.”

“I've been using Natural Chemist's services for a couple of years and find them to be excellent - both the naturopathy services and the products they offer. The lovely naturopaths are skilled, experienced, ask lots of questions and really listen to be able to provide a tailored solution. Plus it's so easy to have phone consults and then be able to purchase the products online. Highly recommend!”

“I placed a script and paid for Express Post shipment. The script sat for 3 business days before being shipped out. Not good enough.”

“Everything was fine, processing of order was fine, delivery time approx 5 working days after dispatch, my only issue was that I didn't recieve any communication from Natural Chemist after placing my order and getting a confirmation. There wasn't an email saying "We've processed your order" or "Your order has been dispatched" - I had to rely on getting that information after the fact from the shipping company. It's not a deal breaker and I will buy again, but just makes me worry when buying first time from a new company, and it makes it feel like I don't know when I will get my order because I don't even know if they've seen it yet,”
