Hi Janine, Thank you for your review. Your order was indeed shipped to Tasmania however due to significant damage in transit by Auspost, it was sent back to us with a note of apology from them. This of course was out of our control, however we have organised a re-shipment for you express which will be shipped today! “We have been customers of Natural Chemist for over two years. We order a large array of supplements (approximately) monthly all prescribed by our boy's Pediatrician. The Natural Chemist online order system is easy to use and once we upload our treatment plans items are readily available for us to order. We have found the staff always genuine and helpful even though out the challenges of lockdown when communication and orders became more difficult. The fact that the Natural Chemist supplies items we cannot easily find locally with their ability to compound products and the well-established relationship they have with our preferred practitioner means we find their service essential. The fact they make my life easier by assisting us and clarifying our preferences when items are out of stock is a bonus.”

“Usually, Natural Chemist are diligent in processing orders in a timely manner. My most recent order was recieved by Australia Post, but then it did not move from their receiving depot. After a seven day delay I contacted Natural Chemist to verify the status of my order. NC reported that it was "delivered to the wrong address". In other words it was lost! To NC credit they dispatched a replacement order by express post to me. I have ME/CFS and I rely on treatment providers to deliver my medications in a timely way.”
