“I ordered Naturaw, as my dog seemed to be getting bored of the raw food from another provider. My dog really seems to enjoy the Naturaw food. The bowl is licked clean each time! I will need to arrange a regular delivery now as it seems to be a hit with my furball!”

“Thank you for existing! My dog had the absolute worst time eating kibble and now is waiting for every meal with excitement. Finally getting the food she deserves :) She had some troubles with digestion before and was burping. All gone since I started feeding raw.”

“An absolutely fantastic company to purchase from. Efficient, professional, speedy, lots of useful information on their site and amazingly varied choice of food products. The standard of product is incredible. No smell. Easy to open and store. Love that everything can be recycled. Two weeks in and both of my dogs seem happier and more content plus their excitement when it’s meal times is drastically more noticeable. Thanks! We shall be signing up to a monthly subscription for sure!”

“The food is great, however the website was a pain. It didn't load, gave many errors so putting in an order was hard and time consuming. Furthermore, there's no free shipping option no matter how many I purchase.”

“Food great, generally great service. Though don’t appreciate condescending attitudes of support staff when our delivery was delayed. Just pointed the finger and said oh well. Then when asked to refund my delivery charge they made it seem like they were doing me a favour when in fact they failed to meet their contractual obligations. In future learn to just refund delivery without needing to be asked, then take up your own complaint with your delivery partners to understand why it happened.”

Hi Tanuj, it's always frustrating when the courier lets us down (thankfully it is rare) but having reviewed all of the communication regarding your order there is nothing remotely condescending from our end at any stage, just an immediate apology and a refund of your delivery charge. If the order had arrived in unsuitable condition we would have replaced it without hesitation, im not sure what more we could do - we are only human. All the best x

“Brilliant product. Everything recyclable. Sent 2 boxes with the wool insulation back and got £5 x 2 off next order! Relief to be able to feed my dog well...she is healthy with the shiniest coat ! and not feel guilty.”

“I can't fault Naturaw, top quality meat, fish and veg (if you choose it - I include my own organic fruit, veg and spices). To have an holistic Vet at the helm is a stroke of genius in these days of money grabbing huge conventional Vet corporations. My 14 year old girl is thriving on this wholesome diet.”

“It’s the only food she will eat. What I love is that it’s so good for her and doesn’t break the bank. Before naturaw we were at the vet all the time and she had a particularly scary health event I didn’t realise these were caused by the disgusting processed food I was giving her. Since switching to natural she is in rude health, sleek and happy and we have to been to the vet once.”
