“My 3 year old cocker spaniel is super fussy and not much of an eater. Nothing agreed with his sensitive stomach and he didn’t each much at all. A friend gave me two packs of naturaw to try and he never lifted his head out of the bowl until he had eaten all of it. Most importantly it agrees with him. You can tell the meat is if a high standard as it always looks fresh with no strong smell that you get with other types of raw food. He has been on it a few weeks now and I’ve noticed that his coat is much shinier. It’s a bit on the expensive side but for me it is worth the little extra.”

“My first delivery arrived safely the following day. I very much believe in Naturaw's philosophy and ethics and speaking as a vegetarian I find the product's not unpleasant to handle. My dog has only tried the botanical range and she loves them. I shall definitely continue feeding her Naturaw.”

“Great quality. Food is nice and firm. I have a fussy eater and have tried plenty of other brands but keep coming back to Naturaw. It is quite expensive but you know what you are getting and it is good value for money as she eats it all rather than throwing half in the bin. I like that you can mix the flavours and get a good variety of different meats. Eco friendly packaging a big plus too.”

“Good price and love that all is recyclable. Feel like I’m feeding my Irish Setter the best food and helping the environment. Reliable delivery and updates on when will be delivered useful. Oh My Setter loves the food too, tried other raw food but she thrives on Naturaw and seems happier with more energy like a Setter should. Thank you Naturaw. 🐾”

“I can't comment on the flavour myself but Patrick the Poodle absolutely loves it. Plenty of flavours to choose from and packaging is ideal for the freezer as it stacks. Doesn't smell which is a real plus too.”

“Betty loves her naturaw food ..... almost as much as the cat who talks as she eats as she enjoys it so much. The service is superb, always reminding us beforehand when the next order is due and checking if we require earlier deliveries due to timings of bank holidays. We've never had reason to complain, or feel that we haven't had value for money. I can't recommend naturaw highly enough.”

“Reviews are typically only written when attached to a negative experience. I can't find one, which is virtually impossible given the vast number of companies seeking to take your money with the minimum amount of effort. Naturaw are different, in my experience. The care! Just look at the packaging. 100% recyclable or home compostable... this is almost unheard of! The food itself is no different to handling minced beef/pork (sorry to the vegetarians and vegans) with little to no smell. Unlike those horrid processed tinned food and even dry food. The product is perfect in my view. Customer services, equally perfect. I was unfortunate enough to not receive my original order as the deliver driver broke down. Due to the product being perishable they were unable to deliver it a day later. Naturaw customer service handled this without issue - meanwhile I was panicking - they just shrugged it off with a "we get another one to you tomorrow, no problem. :)" Put me at ease instantly, they've got this! :) And so, does the pooch like it? Well, our new addition to the family has just arrived all the way from the other side of Europe... 3 days travel, urgh! While it too them 10 hours they devoured 2 servings that evening and another the following morning with no issue. They appear to love it judging by how clean the bowl is afterwards. Happy days! Cannot recommend raw food enough and given the fully recyclable/compostable packaging (not to mention the ability to return the wool insulation for free, in fact, they'll pay you... wow!) Naturaw for us is the natural choice (cheesy but 100% true).”

“Excellent quality meat, very palatable coarse mince texture and choice of with or without vegetables and herbs (option of adding fresh greenery at home) gives optimum flexibility. Brilliant compostable packaging and a holistic Vet backing the ethos of this lovely company, what more could a dog wish for?”

“As I have said in the past, we have been buying Naturaw for a few years now. My dogs absolutely love it and i wouldn't feed them anything else. I just wished there was someone near me that supplied it, so my dogs could have the freedom to all the flavours. At the moment, I order the taster boxes as they save me a lot of money on delivery, but.....it restricts the flavour choices, although my dogs don't care what flavour they eat!”

“My dog is fairly fussy so I ordered the sample pack and she loved the food so far. I’m only feeding raw at the weekend due to the extra time/cleaning needed, so have only tried one box. My only complaint would be not being able to reseal the packaging - is it safe left in the fridge open or am I meant to repackage it? I couldn’t find any clear guidance. Other raw food I’ve tried has been in resealable plastic containers, which I’m sure is not as eco friendly but felt more hygienic.”
