“Love the product or at least my dog does! Have a few issues with the packaging, some proteins have a small rectangle of paper in the bottom of the tray which is unnecessary and can't be recycled as all the meat sticks to it. Secondly when we return the wool liners the credit can't be used easily against a subscription which just causes unnecessary hassle.”

“I like the plastic free packagaing and the fact it's a certified B Corp, that's my main reason for buying. Doggie likes the food too. There's a good variety of choices. It would be great if there were a few more options such as raw bones etc.”

“Most importantly, my dogs love their food. Always delivered promptly, with good communication. Simple packaging to dispose of (plastic free). What more can I say? A lovely brand, which I have no hesitation in recommending.”

“My Sprocker loves Naturaw - the large taster box contains a good variety of food which is well packed. The only thing that lets it down is the delivery service. For the second time in a row there has been a problem with Dpd. This time there was no communication at all, the box was left on the doorstep (not the designated safe place) and the tape holding the bottom of the box together had been slit open completely so only the insulation held all the packs in place. However, the packs were still frozen and not damaged in any way which is testament to the secure packaging from Naturaw.”

“Love this company! Their ethics, environmental and animal welfare, were the main reason for me purchasing. The food is exceptional and my 12 year old collie always gets compliments on her beautiful shiny coat 😀 I've tried a few raw foods but she is thriving on Naturaw so will be staying with them”

“For years I fed kibble to my dogs, I was quite interested in switching them to a raw food diet as part of a more natural approach but didn't know where to start. The lockdown was the perfect opportunity to read up and learn more about it. There are many suppliers of raw food out there but when I found Naturaw online they seemed to be offering exactly what I was looking for; a high-quality product without any supplements added. Yes, it can seem quite expensive when you compare it to others but it's worth it, the dogs love it. I'm so glad I made the change to raw and since then Naturaw offer even more products.”

“Love the recycling element of your packaging and the passion which comes across during ordering. Maybe a note, if your tubs had lids, instead of recycling we could use them for storage around the house after a clean. Just a thought. Our two cats love the complete raw, empty dishes all round. Thanks”
