“The food looked good, 2 out of the 3 loved it. 3rd one I think prefers a slight course mince. But all good, loved the fact all packaging is completely recyclable”

“My dog loves your product. I love the sustainability aspect and the packaging. It’s sue catching. The food is excellent quality. I would like to see us being able to pick our products for the £40 box with free delivery. Also I paid a fiver for next day delivery which didn’t arrive next day. So the same box that I chose ended up costing a tenner more than had I opted for the pre mixed box. I don’t like the smell of the surf and turf in that pre selected box so it means a more expensive option for me if I pick the dog’s flavours.”

“My dog loves his food, the quality is fabulous,the packaging is great and delivery is prompt. I order pretty much the same 16 boxes every time so it would be handy to just click a repeat order box. I returned a box of wool liners last year but never received my voucher. I’ve emailed twice but get an automated reply saying it’s being processed. That said, great product and would recommend.”

“So far I'm very impressed with the product as well as the costumer service! The packaging is fantastic, the meat seems fresh and most importantly the furbabies seem to like it. Only negative is that you cannot exclude any proteins if you are ordering the taster box or have a bespoke box on subscription.”

“Directions to the factory outlet site could be clearer as Thorp Arch trading estate is a maze! But….the shop is lovely and so are the products. Nice minces with sufficient texture, but not too many large bits of bone. All flavours of the 80-10-10 selection box were devoured in this house!”

“Our sausage dog loves the food, the only thing that concerns us is that he seems very swollen ever since he started eating this food - not sure if this is because he has to adjust to this type of food (it has been a couple of months now)”

“Everything is great. the only thing i don't like is the liner. i feel it is unnecessary and the food tend to stick to it. it is easier to scrap the food with a spoon from the barquette if needed. But my 10 years old white shepherd is in an amazingly good shape and i am sure that what she eats is one of the maine reason. Thank you”

“Our dogs love the food and we are delighted there is less plastic in the packaging too. Customer services also very friendly and helpful. Only two constructive feedback points are it would be great to have a subscription for exactly the amount we need (we have to keep stopping and starting) and the piece of paper under the meat is unpleasant to handle (although we appreciate the reason it’s there). Thank you.”

“This is a quality food that I would highly recommend. Our 1 year old Staffy came to us in poor health but on naturaw her coat is shiny, her skin is healthy and she doesn’t smell. The subscription is super easy and I really appreciate the compostable packing as well. Quality product, worth every penny”

“Fantastic my bulldog suffers terribly with allergies so happy I have found this company he absolutely loves their food unfortunately he can only have a few of their products but absolutely loves what he can. delivery is also fast which is an added bonus thank you will continue to order from you very happy with service and products”

“I love the plastic free ethos although the extra paper in the trays is annoying. There are varieties that the dogs don’t seem to like anymore, not sure if the recipes have changed, so the subscription box is no longer an option.”
