“My dog transitioned well to his new food. The Forage range is much better quality, so i will stick with this next time. Naturaw have great communication & their website is full of information, which i have learnt lots from. I just wish there was an option to change the meals on their subscription, to be able to mix it up a bit more, as when i subscribed the venison was out of stock.”

“Dog food is very good, used to use Raw Made Simple but they altered the size of the mince grade and it is now like a pate`, your product seems to be a better size for my dog.”

“I'm new to Naturaw , i have used a lot of other brands of complete raw in the past , I am impressed with the food and the packaging,also I think the price is quite reasonable for the product, my only issue is that one of my dogs has an allergy to beef and lamb , therefore I cant use a lot of your products because of the recipes .”

“Great food which my fussy whippet loves. The compostable packaging is also a plus. Only downside is you can send your packaging liners back to them for a voucher, but that voucher can’t be used against subscriptions so I ended up cancelling the subscription and doing one off orders instead”

“After over a year of trying different foods for my dog, she is eating Naturaw and cleaning the bowl! I'm very happy as it's been hard work getting her to eat all her food, and the shop is only 10 minutes away too. I would have given 5 stars but found replacement meats were replaced with chicken. Too much chicken! I will be creating my own box in future or just go to the shop. However ordering online and collection was easy.”

“Love the concept, the food products and the sustainability (packaging). Those deserve 5* Ordering is a bit clunky though. For example you can't start a subscription and add other things to the basket at the same time. Has to be separate orders which took me contacting customer service to understand.”

“I have used Naturaw for our food supply for years and am super happy with the product, delivery, subscription services etc. The one thing which has changed recently, is being unable to eclude specific flavours form the taster boxes - this means we have product waste, as there is a flavour my dog doesn't like. I would be 100% giving 5* if it weren't for that.... Please go back to allowing excusions!”

Hi Emma, Thanks for the review - just a note though, it hasn't ever been possible to exclude things from our taster boxes! We do explain this on the website and suggest that you build your own box if your pup requires anything specific :) All the best x

“I really like the products Naturaw offers, and Monty absolutely loves the food! It’s also great that the packaging is fully recyclable—such an eco-friendly touch. However, I find the website a bit difficult to navigate, and there’s an issue during checkout where I often have to repeat my order because it disappears when I’m paying. It would be amazing if this could be addressed to make the experience smoother. Overall, a great company with fantastic products and room for some tech improvements!”

“My dogs were reluctant to eat the food at first, and they are used to having a raw diet. I purchased the variety box so there were a few flavours that they were less keen on. They are enjoying their meals now and I think the food is top quality. I applaud the company's efforts to provide eco-friendly packaging and reduce waste. The only sticking point for me is the size of the individual 500g packs which are large and don't fit well into my freezer. Having two very large dogs I want to be able to buy as much as possible in one order. It seems to me that the carton is unnecessarily large for 500g of food, leaving a gap in the tray around the food. Can't fault the quality and range of flavours though.”

“My Golden Retriever had been showing signs of boredom(?) with his existing BARF feed, so I ordered this as a trial. I'm pleased to say, he loves it! I think the packaging is an added benefit, clean and simple, and easy handling and disposal. It's early days yet for a full review/opinion, but all the signs so far are positive.”
