“What a brilliant company. Plenty to choose from and very competitively priced. The bat monitor was ordered on the Friday and arrived on the Saturday (the next day). Incredibly fast.
The monitor itself , the Magenta bat 5, is perfect, It is easy to use and I was able to pick up Noctule bats on it immediately. What an education this has been.

“Very quick delivery of my bat detector. Could have done with a reply to my order, stating that it had been received. Only had a message from the payment site. This was a bit worrying ,but product arrived within 3 days. Maybe this was an oversight, but it is something that should be looked into. This will give a better assurance to customers , and give a good show of professionalism.”

Thank you so much for posting such a kind review. I'm sorry the automatic e-mail confirmations didn't get through to you. I'm afraid that gmail sometimes blocks my automatic e-mails that come from the website (order confirmations, order status updates) because it thinks they are spam. I have tried raising this with them to get my website "whitelisted", but I haven't had any success yet, which is frustrating, as you can imagine. I can't even say "check your spam box" because gmail rejects them at the source. I'll keep trying...

Although the website didn't make clear if the stock was available or delivery time (which is room for improvement), I subsequently received a call to confirm these, I finalised the order and the delivery was received the following morning! Overall, the prices were lower than Amazon, delivery was faster, and it was free (due to the order size). I would strongly recommend this site for supply of nature survey equipment!”

All communication by mobile phone and email was dealt with very quickly and informatively. The courier was informative in its first attempted delivery.
