why are NatWest asking business accounts to provide a load of ID information when they already have it when the account was set up in the first place - if you don't comply they shut down your account - what's going on?

Why do you keep customers waiting so long to get served. The queues ate shocking and sometimes it can take30 mins to get served.

There aren't enough staff in tje centres and the ones that are there are under emense pressure from operations to meet targets. Constantly getting it in the neck from customers who are irrate on the phone because they've had to wait.

You will get NO REWARDS from THEM. They tell you a load of bull just to get you to sign up.Close account and go to a friend fly honest bank..

Because they are full of lies to customers.A SAD way to get customers to join but hey I am about to rectify that by telling them to shove it.
