why are NatWest asking business accounts to provide a load of ID information when they already have it when the account was set up in the first place - if you don't comply they shut down your account - what's going on?

There aren't enough staff in tje centres and the ones that are there are under emense pressure from operations to meet targets. Constantly getting it in the neck from customers who are irrate on the phone because they've had to wait.
