“NavaMD has been an absolute game changer for my skin!!! I don’t always have the time or the access to the dermatologist so being able to connect with a doctor online has been life changing. I’ve always struggled with acne and so the personalized aspect of it really drew me in. Over the last 4 weeks my acne scars have lightened up and I feel tighter and brighter all over.”

“I was a little apprehensive to order from Nava because of bottle issues but I just received the new and improved bottle and... WOW IT IS NEXT LEVEL!!! Not only does the bottle look and feel luxurious but the product has truly changed the texture of my skin. I no longer have such intense breakouts and I don't have to go into a doctors office anymore - how amazing is that?!”

“Great product. My skin feels so smooth and I see the anti-aging benefits. I do suffer from psoriatic arthritis and occasionally get rashes at my hairline. I believe the product has helped with this as well. I’m 54 and the pic below is after a long day at work so the make up is not refreshed but I think it looks pretty good for my team.”

“I have been using Tretinoin for many years, but I saw an ad for Nava MD and wanted to give it a try. I like the fact that I don’t have to go see a dermatologist to get a prescription. The Tretinoin that I received from Nava MD was mixed with Niacinamide, which helps prevent some of the unwanted side effects that normally come with Tretinoin use. I love the texture and consistency of their formula; it almost feels like a light powder/cream, in a way. I do wish it was easier to manage my subscription on their website. I don’t like the fact that I have to either call or email customer service to modify my subscription. I also wish they would use a different bottle. When I get to the end of any skincare product, I like to open up the packaging to scrape the product out so I don’t waste any of it. However, it is impossible to take the top off the base of Nava MD’s bottle. While their prices are comparable to similar companies, I think they are all overpriced. With those similar companies, they will include a face cleanser and moisturizer, but you don’t get anything “extra” with Nava MD. I found an American online company where I can get a large tube of Tretinoin for $10 with my insurance card. I can also get a prescription from my dermatologist and purchase the Tretinoin from the pharmacy for less than $30 out of pocket. Side note: I was trying to give this review three stars, but it was automatically adjusting itself to a five star review.”

“I placed an order for Nava MD skin lotion and received it immediately, but the product was wrong. The web site shows photos of the product and packaging, but the item does not resemble the photos on the web site. I contacted the physician that wrote the script several times and he tried to get me help. I called customer service 3 times and left a message, and the call was never returned. I filled out an online form on their web site and nobody responded. I ended up making a comment on a social media ad and someone finally responded with a promise to get the correct product to me. I thought I would finally get the product, but it has been 30 days and the product never came. I have tracked the purchase and the date of delivery keeps changing on their site, but they have a tracking number that I can use and when I do that I get a message that the item was never shipped. The service is horrible.”

“This is a great product. It was not for me though - my only skin concern at 50 is the loss of elasticity. I have been using medical grade products since my 30 and have taken great care of my skin. If you suffer from acne and discoloration this is a great product for you!”
