I placed a subscription with them last week by mistake, and it was hell to cancel it. the only way they let you cancel subscriptions is via phone call, and their phone line is almost constantly busy. the customer service was great once i was finally able to get through, but this is probably something you'll want to consider before signing up.

The formula is super thick and reminds me of vasoline. It made me break out. I’m going to use it on my hands.

Thank you for your feedback. Our rx formulas must be used with a moisturizer, and only use a pea size amount, every other night. Please contact us at support@navamd.com if you need further assistance.

I’ve been using mine for about a month. I haven’t been able to use it every day because it has made my skin so sensitive and also dry in certain spots. I tan often and I’m also outside so I read that it can make you sensitivity to the sun so I have bought a moisturizer with spf. Im not sure if it’s normal for my skin to be so sensitive and to be dry. I have tried everything for the dryness and no luck. I canceled the subscription and wanted to continue to see if it got better before I thought about getting more. Is this normal? I have seen some improvement but not liking the redness, dryness and sensitivity. Im using so much stuff on my face to try to stop the dryness that it’s always looking oily and breaking out in spots

Hello Amanda, thank you for reaching out to us. For the first few weeks, the treatment should be used every 3 days to build a tolerance, and then you can start using every other day or daily if you'd like! The prescription must be used at night only along with a hydrating moisturizer. Peeling and dryness can occur, and is normal. Discontinue for a few days, if you feel any irritation or until you have healed, and then repeat the process, but only 2/3 times a week. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. Best results are seen within 2-4 months. Thank you

It really hasn't made that much difference in removing my wrinkles and my dark spots

It’s not for me, but I’m guessing with more time I might see some results.

I have been using this cream for about a month now, it feels great on my skin and I’ve had very minimal redness or peeling. I am having fewer breakouts but my skin still feels oily. I haven’t noticed any difference in wrinkles or fine lines yet.

I like the formulation. It feels really nice on my skin. It’s not creamy like curology it has a lot more slip if that makes sense. Kinda like a matte formulation. I tried finding out what the other ingredients were besides the actives and apparently no one seems to know and the dermatologist assigned to me never replied. It must be a secret. Otherwise I would’ve given it 5 stars. If the price was competitive with curology I’d pick this one but it’s twice the price after the trial. Too bad.

Nava Md is a great company. The tretinoin cream I got seems great too. It feels very smooth n goes on nicely. U only need a small amount to cover ur whole face. Unfortunately for me, I've only been able to use it a few times bc I think I had a bad reaction to it. Some more sensitive parts of my face turned red, and sting if I put anything on it, even just a moisturizer. Also, my skin has started peeling around my eyes, on my forehead and on my nose.

I would have preferred to keep the same strength tretinion that I was using, but the Nava MD prescription was a reduced strength and I don't find it as effective.

I had used RetinA in gel form through my 20's & 30's as I suffered cystic acne. It was very irradiating and caused more problems than it was worth, (menopause seems to taken care of this-about the only good thing it did for me!). So when I saw this in a cream form at a lesser percentage strength, I thought I'd give it a try now that lines, 'spots' and wrinkles are a bigger issue for me. Well.... can't say I've been too impressed. I didn't notice any changes or improvements to my skin, line, or spots. While it did not irradiate my skin, I actually had 2 breakouts that I haven't had in this form for years. That was very upsetting. Now, of course this may have been just how my skin reacted and this may be a God-send for someone else. But for me it won't be anything I probably use in the future.

The product goes on smoothly and feels nice in my skin. I Don’t feel I’m getting optimal strength compared to damage of retinol previously used and as such may not continue with this.
