“The reviews on here are a bit scary. Especially after having signed up and trusting my money with NDAX. But from reading about the company it seems like customer service might be overwhelmed with the sudden influx of users with the rise in popularity in cryptocurrency (especially doge coin). I haven’t had to contact them cause everything has gone smoothly for me with signing up, verifying the account, depositing and trading. Hopefully they can get back on top of their customer service and give the users a little bit more confidence in their service as it does make me a little bit more anxious about using them.”
“Does not show proper charts, does not show avg dollar cost. Very poor u/x u/i design. Developers need to improve on a lot of aspects. Basic fundamentals are missing on the app. Until improvements are made you are better off using another brokerage and app.”

Super low fees compared to other exchanges and by far the best customer support. If your in the market for a new exchange Ndax is among the best. I sent 28k cad to the wrong address and they quickly sent me an email informing me they were working on my case, I’ve just received and email that my funds will be deposited today and couldn’t be happier.”

“I signed up with NDAX in Feb and it was super easy. I have made a dozen deposits and they all worked within 2-60 mins no problems. I have done transfers from Coinbase to NdAX all no problems. “I see alot of people here are not liking NDAX. i will say that out of all the crypto buying platfroms available in canada this is the best one by far, i have had very little issues with it and when i do i contact their support chat and get responses in a timely manner. transfering from bank to wallet is really easy using Etransfer. and depositing back into my back is easy as well. i like this Platform alot and i reccomend using it to anyone in canada wanting to get into cryptocurrency”
