About PILOT:

Having first opened it's doors in 1984 Pilot has been at the for front of men's and women's fashion in the Midlands.

The shop has occupied some of the most historical building in the centre of Leicester and it now resided in an old pharmacy on the High Street.
The mission of the shop through out the years has been to outfit the local population in hard to find forward thinking fashion and now the online store has taken this ethic to a wider audience worldwide.
Pilot the online store was established over ten years ago and in that time we have seen the website grow from a small site with a few brands on it to the multi branded store we have now.

“The service from Pilot was absolutely excellent but Interlink completely let you down. I came home from work and waited for the parcel to arrive. I received a text saying they had tried to deliver but no one was home. I was at home with the door open to ensure the driver knew I was there. When I finally caught up with the driver he said he couldn't find my house which is nonsense. Prompt service from Pilot and the product was exactly what we wanted.”

“Site is cool with great items in competitive prices. Custommer support through phone could be improved and size should define somewhere the measure type of the sizes listed (e.g. site says for a random pair of sneakers that the sizes available is 9 1/2 but does not say if it is UK or US size.) I would give the best rating but some small stuff held me back, hope improvements will be implemented in future.”

“Lovely shirt as always by Vivienne Westwood. Fast delivery only disappointment being that I said it was a gift item and wrote a message, this wasn't done. Not a huge problem though”

“First time using this company. Had a lot of problems with the site as it wouldn't let me login and when i added my clothing to the cart it was removed. I emailed them and had no reply but as i wanted the item as it was the best price i've seen i tried a few more times. The jeans i ordered came very fast, looked perfect. So happy with them. Id say fix the problems with the site and customer service could be a lot better. Overall i'm happy and will use the company again.”
