About PILOT:

Having first opened it's doors in 1984 Pilot has been at the for front of men's and women's fashion in the Midlands.

The shop has occupied some of the most historical building in the centre of Leicester and it now resided in an old pharmacy on the High Street.
The mission of the shop through out the years has been to outfit the local population in hard to find forward thinking fashion and now the online store has taken this ethic to a wider audience worldwide.
Pilot the online store was established over ten years ago and in that time we have seen the website grow from a small site with a few brands on it to the multi branded store we have now.

Why I can’t shipping outside UK ? From UK to KUWAIT

I purchased a pair of mallets and I was actually gutted when they came they had a scratch on the side of the shoe. They were a Christmas present, I highly doubt I’ll be ordering off PILOT again.

Order clearly requested delivery to my home. Not having received it after a week, I looked up Pilot phone no. and rang, to be told the item was in store waiting pickup! The girl was very helpful and admitted it was their fault. The belt arrived the next day.

I did not like the jacket when I seen it in person, so sent it back, very quick at give me money back so good service

Purchased some jeans at a good price, I paid extra for next day delivery and received them nearly a week later. Another shocking performance by DPD. The price was good but rubbish service

DPD delivery were very poor which makes me not want to order from here again which is a shame as I liked Pilot Clothing a lot :( was meant to be next day but wasn’t due to DPD

Shoes arrived on time and price is good but the print on shoes little bit peeled . I was going to return the product but have to pay for return postage so kept it

I placed my order online, however, following confirmation by email that my item had been shipped, I received a phone call from customer service to explain there had been an issue with my order and that as it was the last pair of trainers, one of them had been on the shop floor and had discoloured. The lady on the customer service line was great and her honesty regarding the condition of the trainer was refreshing and they cancelled and refunded my order. I wasn’t too chuffed about not receiving the trainers I ordered, however, the customer service was great.

Very disappointed that an item was shown on the website as in stock, but when I ordered it I was sent an email advising me it was not in stock. I had ordered 3 other items and delivery charge was waived as a gesture, which was nice.

To email me and offer me 10% off my order, not knowing my order was all sale item, so the offer was void, wasn't the best customer service

On my last purchase, I would rate Netclothing 5/5 but my first purchase I was refunded as the item was no longer in stock. I was disappointed as it was a birthday gift & would have appreciated next day delivery if I chose to make another purchase that day or free delivery on my next purchase as a token gesture at the very least. Ordered some boots online. They came quickly which was good, but when I opened the parcel the actual shoe box was severely damaged and looked like it had been thrown around a warehouse somewhere. Luckily the boots themselves were un damaged

The shoe has an obvious sign of being a displayed/tried item. Scratches can be found all around the shoe's sole, quite dissapointed tho, this is my first attempt to buy it from a not-major-retailer, and I believe it will be the last time. Of course it can still be worn, but I'm just upset due to my high expectations, I was wrong.

I was satisfied from the product the price and the time of delivery. But in case you want to make a purchase and you want to deliver your parcel in another country, then the cost is very expnsive. (for example in Greece) From my side I believe that if someone is willing to make an order over 100 pounds then the delivery should have been out of charge !!! This policy is very famous and some other brands and companies are following this strategy. (for example UrbanOUtfitters) Kind Regards, Manolis

Hi Manolis Thank you for your order and your feed back. We try and keep our postage charges as low as possible. We don't make any money out of the shipping and most cases take a loss. We have to pay fuel charges and VAT on top of the flat rate. When the items are also less than half price we are actually losing money on every item we sell. I think if i use the paypal to check the bill no need to send the ID to your company?because i need to login my Paypal account to check the bill.

yo was overcharged on my last purchase http://www.netclothing.net/sales/order/view/order_id/12106/ invoice shows 150 euro, thats including shipping which is about 250 New Zealand dollars, but i was charged 350 New Zealand dollars onto my credit card which is too much money. I will have to return product as i will get taxed heaps when arrives at airport as it is over 300 nz dollars cheers Lochy
