“Website easily navigated and great communication from ordering until delivery. Slight issue with a faulty target sheet.... I sent an email late on a Monday evening and the very polite Ellie from customer care had responded before ten and on Tuesday with a very satisfactory solution Great customer service”

“I made a mistake with my order at 10:10pm and was pleasantly surprised to find Net World Sports were open till 11pm. I called and they answered straight away, an actual person called Meg, she was very helpful and changed the address (which I'd put in incorrectly thanks to autofil). Excellent customer service”

“Slight issue with the ice tub that I purchased, Ellie from customer service dealt with my issue, she was super quick to respond, extremely helpful and resolved the issue by sending out a spare part the same day, I really couldn't of been happier with the service, will highly recommend this company to others and will certainly be a returning customer!! Thanks again”

“Ordered a volleyball net with poles for my school and the package did not come with the hardware to put it together. I asked if they could ship the nuts and bolts to put the poles together and they said they would. I never received the package with the hardware. I contacted the courier they said it was delivered. The mail person at my school said it was never received. Called back to NetWorld to see if they could send the hardware again and they refused and sent out to a request to the courier instead even though they already did that the first time.”

“The exercise bike arrived damage from the couriers so we emailed Net World and they arranged for it to be picked up and sent a replacement very quickly. All the staff (Alex, Beth, Megan amd Ellie were polite and kept us up to date. Very pleased with the replacement bike.”

“Shipping cost was a little high but delivered on time. Product is good however one of the velcro straps quit working properly after the 3rd use so the unit is not as a secure as it should be.”

“The equipment arrived damaged and then the replacement wasn't correct. I had to conjure up my own solution. Eventually got there, but I was told we'd get a discount off our next order, but never heard anything back.”

“I have bought a few items from the sister company Forza who Net World Sports own. I’ve never had an issue with any of the items until the large ball bag I ordered had a rip and was faulty. I had some teething issues using the online chat and couldn’t get through on the telephone but managed to obtain an email. So I’ve sent the email with pictures of the bag. I had a reply later on in the evening regarding the faulty item, with a really nice email asking about the issues I had with contacting them and provided them with feedback on my device etc so they are clearly always looking to better their service which is really important and impressive. Not only that they have now arranged for a replacement item as well. Can’t fault their customer service and prompt dealing of the situation, I will always use this company regarding purchasing sports equipment. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. Top class 👍”
