“Don't use this site. They are cheats. They took the payment and when the code didn't work they tried to put the blame on me entering the code incorrectly and I needed to accept the fact that I did the wrong thing when I clearly know I didn't. Don't use them.”

“I don't normally leave reviews but I was very skeptical using this service but had no choice as I'm now living abroad and needed my phone to be unlocked. It took a few days for the code to come through but it worked and I'm very happy. Only thing that was confusing is I followed the link with instructions on how to unlock a Sony phone and at first it didn't work so then I just tried the unlock code by itself when prompted and it worked fine.”

“Took six days to unlock my Samsung which I thought was a long time but the unlock code, when it came, was spot on and worked immediately. Definitely worth the wait and to be honest Netpal did say it can take up to 7 days. So would highly recommend..........10/10”

“Did exactly what I wanted. Unlocked my Motorola from Vodaphone. I had been told by a different company that they didn't have a code in their database, so I was a bit worried I'd be stuck with a useless phone. Fortunately there was no problem with NetPal. Quick and easy, would recommend to anyone.”

“Did exactly what it says on the tin as the phrase goes. If you aren't in a hurry then this service is the one to go for, I ordered an iPhone unlock and five days later the unlock instructions came through, hooked up to iTunes as required and the phone was unlocked. Excellent service and would certainly recommend and unlike some of the other competitors there are no hidden charges.”
