Excellent service I ordered on Friday after 6 pm so the next working day was Monday, Delivery was dispatched and was received at 7:29 am on Tuesday

Firstly let me say thank you with the speed in which you delivered the parts to me they were well protected and no damage to panels which I see quite a lot as I am in the vehicle body repair trade. the panel quality and primer on the panels was superb. For pattern panels they fitted Very well and will definitely use you again if need be and also put your name forward to our parts dept for using you for panels within the trade I work and the company I work for. I ordered a wing mirror with indicator but was sent one without. When I phoned to explain I was made to feel like I had done something wrong and only after a lengthy conversation with further emails was agreed it was not my mistake. I sent the wrong mirror back recorded which was signed for on the Wednesday. I assumed the new mirror would be there by Monday at the latest. I emailed as it hadn't and was told it only arrived on the Friday and would be posted immediately. I left it until the Friday and still no mirror. I then emailed on the Monday and had to explain that it still hadn't arrived. I was to it had but was sent the original delivery confirmation. After several emails eventually got them to send it without an apology. Very dissapointed. The product however, when it finally arrived was fine.

Polite staff but still not received parcel. I think you should speak the delivery company, no problem with lying, didn't seem bothered and no apology..a bit disappointed with their customers service. Being honest would of gone down better, people do understand it's xmas and these companies have a lot of deliveries..The fact they lied about trying to deliver when I'd been at home all day, they said they'd posted a card-no card has been put through my door.I just hope after taking a second day off work it will arrive tomorrow. I'm sure I'll be happy with the product don't fault the company itself but I honestly think you should tell the delivery company to improve customer service and be honest with your customers, after all they are secondary in representing your company.

BMW rear led indicator arrived within a week. Correct component. Installed and working. Supplier provided consignment tracking no upon request to track status. Very happy with the service.

They sent me the wrong part, I didnt accept it and told the delivery driver to return it and send me the right part. I still haven't received it after 4 days. I have sent several emails and every time I try to call I get sent straight to voicemail. I haven't heard from them since. A very unprofessional service and I will be reporting the company to the authorities unless they contact me as soon as possible. I'd advise people not to order from them.

Hello Junior, We're sorry to hear the problems you have encountered with our services, we have looked into this; this morning, I have passed this on to our customer services department, where we have traced your order and will follow up accordingly, in the meantime if you have an issues or complaints you can contact us via email: newvehicleparts@gmail.com or telephone: 01405 810 876 between 8:30 and 5pm Monday - Friday (closed Saturday - Sunday) There seems to have been a breakdown in communications somewhere along the lines, just to clarify what should happen if you order the wrong part(s), in order for us to process the re-order efficiently, we firstly require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number so the item can be restocked once we receive the item back from the customer and is checked for any damage, missing parts, once this happens and everything is satisfactory, we'll then send the correct part(s), if we don't have an RMA number, due to high volumes of orders at this time of we can not simply track an items that has been returned without an RMA number from our vans or 3rd party carriers. Once again accept our apologies in this matter and it is now getting dealt with. Regards New Vehicle Parts

Very good service ordered by 1pm was delivered the next moring at 9.30 and we live in scotland. Parts as described and very hsppy will recommend 100 percent.

Although the wing mirror did not arrive in time specified , i received it 5 days later but that includes a weekend and label did say 24hr courier so maybe delivery company are to blame. I was happy part was as described and was cheaper than buying from garage so i will use again in future, thanks a lot. The garage also wanted £128 inc vat to fit just the mirror!
