The transfer service is slow and intermitant. Signage for spaces is poor. Pick up point outside the terminal is badly signed. I was going to use the service in July, September and November for up coming holidays but I'm now considering cheaper alternatives.

Although I had pre-booked on entry and exit I had to contact a member of staff to get in and out.

We always used your service but until you reduce your prices we will continue to use our passes on the Metro and stay at the premier hotel at the Airport which on average £50.00 per night and just walk into the Airport the next morning FREE!!!!! This also means we don't have to stand in Airport parking areas waiting for the coach shuttle which might or might not be manned. There you are an honest review for you to ponder over. Will what I reviewed make any difference.???? I don't think for one second it will and wonder how many other of your potential customers will be of the same opinion regarding your parking prices????

Clear and obvious Signage (relating to what we thought we'd purchased) for the spectrum of different car parks is poor which caused all sort of anxst and practical problems. Your staff's help in resolving the consequences though was very good. It might help if your booking websites clearly identified the locations & boundaries of the different parking areas /names.

very expensive now - actually cheaper to get a taxi both ways.

Very poor direction signing to and from car park to terminal for both cars and pedestrians, but particularly for pedestrians, it is unsafe for pedestrians! There is no or very limited shuttle bus transfer from long stay car parks.

When arriving at the airport we tried to use the intercom to book the courtesy bus. This was not working but there was no notice on the bus shelter to advise of this. Eventually we were told to go to another bus stop. A bus came eventually but this was after we had waited 25 minutes meaning our time in the airport was reduced

Parking charges are disgraceful drop off and pick up is £4. There is an area in short stay 2 where you can pick up and drop off for free but it’s not fit for purpose as it causes a grid lock. We have waited well over an hour for baggage on arrival of the emirates flight.

It’s a car park that’s way too expensive.I stayed in short stay 2.there were discarded trolleys blocking me parking my car in the bay I chose. Is there any need to charge as much as you do?Parking my car was more expensive than my flights.

The drop off parking machines are slow when they work but often they don’t. Drop off at the terminal isn’t t cheap either. So called fast track security often isn’t working at off peak hours so if anyone is thinking of paying for it at quieter times I wouldn’t bother. The Aspire lounge is often a zoo with noisy drunk people off on holiday. There used to be a decent BA lounge but not any more. You get entry to the Aspire if you have BA status but not to the “premium” section like other airline customers. Waiting for bags to be delivered is often a long wait. I’m almost always on domestic flights so I can’t speak about immigration etc but overall it’s a bit rubbish. There’s no reason to arrive here early to enjoy any facilities or amenities at the airport

I’m not really impressed to be honest as in the past when used meet and greet when you came back to pick up your car it was all ready for you now you are pointed in the direction of a car park I mentioned this to the woman on reception on 23rd June at 2.30pm from the flight from Palma who says it has always been like this! This is clearly not true I would have just as well parked in a nearby car park as this is not the service it used to be despite this woman’s cheekiness I would really appreciate a response

When we arrived quite a long queue and initially only one on the desk after awhile then two. Problem printing out our details although the printer seemed to work for other customers and eventually given a handwritten ticket. Took 20 minutes --- not good enough.

We have a blue badge but were unable to find a disability space and ended up in area H bus stop 10. Quite a distance from parking to bus stop. On returning to collect car we waited almost 25 minutes for the return bus to the carpark, only to find that someone had hit our car and left it with a large scratch on the driver's side rear. All this for £ 79 !!!. We are travelling again in September but are unhappy about booking the carpark again.

On a positive note, I have always found a parking spot. Less positive: I have never seen the courtesy bus and my ticket almost never works on exit. Also, I don't understand why the car park closest to the terminal never seems to b used while parking is most often only available in the car park furthest away.

No service! I have already been in contact with admin regarding this. The courtesy shuttle only operates for a limited time period at the moment, which means that most have a long slog from the long term park to the terminal. The 'short walk' stated on the website, is not so short when lugging bags. There are no trolleys in the car parks so if you have more than one piece of luggage...bad luck! Even when these buses are in operation, the intercom is manned by someone with no customer care training (i.e very rude). The car parks are mostly closed and the one featureless park in operation has no row numbers so unless you use an app, get ready for a long search to find your vehicle on return.
