I was scammed by newegg for $42,000, and the experience was both frustrating and heartbreaking. newegg initially came across as a legitimate and professional trading platform, offering attractive opportunities for high returns. I trusted their promises and invested $42,000, expecting to see the profits they assured me. However, once my money was in, things changed. When I tried to withdraw my funds, I was met with countless excuses, delays, and demands for additional payments to "unlock" my account. It became clear that I had been manipulated and scammed. Desperate to recover my money, I searched for a solution and found AixaLTD .com . I decided to give them a chance, and it was the best decision I made. Their team was responsive and professional, guiding me through the process with confidence. Within just a few days, they successfully recovered my $142,000, without asking for any upfront fees. I was relieved and grateful that they could retrieve my hard-earned money so quickly. AixaLTD .com truly came through for me when I thought all hope was lost. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend reaching out to them. They deliver results when it matters the most, and I couldn’t be more thankful.

I purchased all the parts you need to build a new computer at Newegg, including a copy of Windows 11. Shipping was timely and the parts themselves arrived without issue, but the copy of Windows 11 I bought did not come with a product key sticker. There is supposed to be a silver sticker on the envelope with the disk that you scratch for the product key, but my envelope did not come with one. I contacted Newegg about this, and finally after a week worth of follow-ups they told me they would not be willing to provide a new product key, as the “consumer is responsible for not damaging the product key attached to the envelope” I tried explaining that I never even received a sticker to “damage”, but Newegg stated that based on the photo of the envelope I sent them they couldn’t confirm it wasn’t fraud. It seems ridiculous to me that I should somehow be able to prove a negative through a photo demonstrating the absence of a product, but they insisted this is the case. Newegg was also unwilling to reach out to Microsoft to identify the specific product key that I paid for using my purchase information, I tried reaching out to Microsoft directly myself, but they told me that 3rd party purchases need to be handled by the 3rd party. Newegg eventually offered half the amount as store credit, but I declined since I don’t intend to shop at Newegg again. To Potential Consumers: I strongly recommend buying your parts elsewhere, while things might work out fine for you, Newegg has demonstrated that they will take no accountability for their own shipping issues when they do occur. Given the high value of items one typically orders from such a store, buying from them is not worth this risk. To Newegg: While this may fall on deaf ears, I feel compelled to tell you that this policy is incredibly short sighted. On this order alone, I spent thousands of dollars with your company (which was, until now, my default choice for computer parts). The next time I need to spend hundreds of dollars (if not more) on computer parts, you can guarantee that Newegg will not be seeing any of that revenue, I hope that’s worth the $128 you fleeced me for because you rather assume that I’m committing fraud on a single item in a $2,000 purchase than give me the benefit of the doubt, or, better yet, reach out to Microsoft for the exact product key that I paid for (which also would’ve ensured that fraud was not being committed).

Like many others, what I used to expect from Newegg has changed. Customer service is abysmal, and availability is a gamble for many of the in-demand parts. The last straw for me was recent order for $3,500. worth of parts. Their website is awesome, tools and resources are awesome, selection and configuration options are top notch, which is why after building my new machine I was willing to try again. I placed the order. Promptly got the confirmation, packing info. then UPS shipping info. The problem is that my order was picked up by the carrier, and has been sitting in the same facility for over a week now. In the mean time, we're a week past Newegg's estimated delivery date. I've checked daily for updates on the carriers tool, and until today, they never had a delivery date. Now it's estimated by the carrier to be another week plus out. It seems arbitrary, and perhaps part of the shipping hustle, that the carrier can just sit on the merchandise because the shipping premium wasn't paid. It also feels like Newegg intentionally misled a customer by estimating a date that turns out was 11 days earlier than what the carrier published. Either that, or the package was lost, then re-identified. Either way, I no longer trust Newegg. The chat bot isn't super helpful, and the call center is no more informed, nor capable than the bot. I priced the same items out on Amazon, side-by-side before ordering, and they were within $100. for the same config. I thought Newegg had earned the business because of the builder /power estimator, compatibility tools. I was wrong. Happy to use Newegg for the build tools, but will absolutely order from Amazon next time. My new machine would have already been up and running by now had I done that.

Recently I've been thinking about that time I clicked on a checkbox that said "Free Item" and how it was used against me to withhold $55 from a product refund. This is when Google was giving every retailer a ton of these Alexa clones (Echo) out for free with other orders. Well, it's free, why not, right? Problem was, I never received the product I ordered. I got the Alexa clone I didn't really care about, but not the original item. So I had to get a refund, but they took off $55 for the Echo! To this day, Newegg has failed to send me a refund for the money they are currently withholding from me. There was no disclaimer stating that I would be held liable for a "FREE" item for $55. They gave me credit which I didn't bother using, I don't expect my next order to arrive, let alone come without hidden customer liabilities. I spent hours on chats when it happened but never got my money, so I eventually gave up. I just wanted to repost my story for anyone thinking of buying from Newegg: don't!

I ordered 4 Seagate drives from Newegg. The problem is I need the drives in a few days. When I ordered the drives there was no indication that the drives were being shipped from Shanghai China and it will take 3 weeks to arrive missing my deadline of this week. Beware when ordering from Newegg in that it is a marketplace and not a store.

I ordered the LG 55 inch C2 OLED from Newegg on 11/4/22. The item was originally supposed to arrive on 11/11/22. On 11/8/22 the item was still in the warehouse and no shipping info was even sent to CEVA to pick it up, which I found out after calling CEVA and providing them with the tracking number Newegg gave me. Finally the shipper picks up the package after I filed a claim on 11/8/22 and the shipper had a delivery date of 11/16/22. After all of this my item was HUGELY delayed while in the shipper's posession! I contacted both CEVA and Newegg and all I got was "This will be resolved shortley". FINALLY after 2 weeks of waiting on the early morning of 11/21/22 the shipper called me and scheduled a delivery date of 11/22/22 between 12:00pm and 6:00pm that afternoon. I waited all day and the tracking never moved so I contacted the same phone number that called me to schedule the delivery with me only to find out that on the day of delivery Newegg contacted the shipper and told them to return the tv and Newegg took it upon themselves to resend another TV in it's place. Now I have to wait another who knows how long to get my tv AGAIN! I contacted customer support to request a refund and was told that I had to wait for Newegg to receive the original tv back before they could refund my money. This is not fair to me BY NO MEANS!! I never received the item so why should I have to wait for them to get the item back, which could take another 2 weeks or even longer after the episode I just had with them?! I should have been able to get my credit card refunded IMMEDIATELY after what I just went through! Seriously considering consulting my lawyer! I could understand if i actually received the item then sent it back to have to wait on a refund, this is ridiculous business practice and should be illegal!

I had purchased what a thought was an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1080 Founders edition graphics card. This was a market place order and I did not realize the significance of this until later. I received the card then 3 months later it started acting up. I got on chat with NVIDIA and found out this card should have never been sold. It turns out it was a reference card. Contacted NVIDIA and they contacted the seller then the seller sent me a "new" card. 7 months later the "new" card started acting up. Go online with NVIDIA and after they checked the serial numbers they said it was manufactured in 2018 and said it was out of warrantee. That was strike two. Contacted Newegg and then after some arm twisting got the now EX-SELLER (no longer a vendor for newegg) to send me a "new" card. As soon as I received it I got on with NVIDIA to check the serial number and it turns out the "new" card was manufactured in 2017 and also as expected after I installed it.. it did not work. I thought the market place guarantee would provide some protection. Never during the entire process this vendor for NewEgg deliver what I ordered. I work for a large company that uses NewEgg. I will use all of my influence to redirect them to another company to by computer equipment.

Newegg used to be a good company, not anymore since they’re Chinese. Now they treat customers like cattle. Just ask yourself: What kind of company doesn’t allow reviews for their service in their own website? Save yourself a headache. There’re good places to get top products, good prices and most importantly: TRANSPARENCY.

Newegg is AWESOME for bringing innovation to the market by allowing modern crypto tokens such as $SHIB to be used for payment! Newegg are trendsetters and industry leaders on all accounts. r/SHIBARMY

Of the three computers I've bought from Newegg, two were defective to the point that I had to send them back to the manufacturer for replacement. I don't know if they're selling counterfeits or factory rejects or refurbished products marked as new or what, but in any case you're not likely to get a working product from this place.

Sales Fraud. Used sold as new and replacement takes a month! I purchased online a $1,700 computer monitor from Newegg as NEW but the product arrived in its factory box without a shipping box or proper padding. Item box had already opened, factory seal torn, and the product did not work. This is Newegg's issue, not mine. But Newegg expects customers to wait for the RMA return to ship back and process, and then wait again for a replacement to be shipped. This negatively impacted my small business and we'll never shop Newegg again.

Stay Away! Newegg and Antonline ripped me off big time.. this might be illegal and I know for sure it is unethical! I ordered a laptop from them through Newegg and was not given a shipping option. When I got a tracking number I saw that it was going to require a signature but I am at work during the day so I wouldn't be there to sign for it. I contacted UPS and Newegg and they both told me that I would have to work with Antonline to get the package. I contacted Antonline and asked them to either change the address to my work address or leave it at a UPS location so I could pick it up. The rep told me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) change it even though UPS told me that only the sending party had the authority to change a shipment. I went back and forth with all parties several times and eventually the Antonline rep told me to just let it get returned and then order it again to a new address. Because I wasn’t home to sign for the package, it automatically got returned they charged me $110 as a restock fee even though their restock policy is that you would get charged if you "refused" a package. Which I didn't! I wanted the package but the Antonline rep purposefully told me they wouldn’t change the shipping address so it would get returned. I've contacted them numerous times and no one ever back to me. Newegg never helped either. This is unethical at the very least and possibly illegal! They basically shipped a package so no one could receive it and then refused to help so they could collect $110 from me for nothing. Please spare yourself the pain!

I was sold a malfunctioning laptop. When I brought this to Newegg support. They simply blamed their suppliers. And told me to reach out to their supplier. I did that on several occasions. When the supplier did not agree to rectify my problem. Newegg would not do it either. I highly recommend avoiding Newegg. If there is a problem, you will have ZERO support.

I sent a 14TB drive for replacement because it was DOA when I got it. Their RMA page states 2-5 days processing after they get it back. It's been 15 now and they say another 5. No amount of excuses covers this ineptness when I only live 2 states away. Aside from shipping they've still had it now for 15 days! I talked to chat again today, after their “processing center” said everything was fine and it will send out in 1-3 days, and did NOT ship out today on the third day. After asking for a supervisor multiple times and the agent refusing, she finally HUNG UP on our conversation because, well it was time to go they were closing. What HORRIBLE customer service!! Completely unacceptable. Newegg USED to be good, until they allowed probly 1000 3rd party sellers on there, AND until their customer service went to $#*!. This and another recent return nightmare a few months ago have turned me completely off to them. I will not buy from Newegg any more. I could have refunded it and bought from Amazon and had it in one day. I only bought because it was 20 bucks cheaper... and now I have 50 bucks worth of headaches and unprotected files not backed up. They are just... BAD now. Do NOT buy from Newegg, they are the worst and lie. They told me first 2-5 days after receipt, then they told me d10 more days PLUS 3-5, then the 1-3 days, and still I don’t have any indication they are shipping this back. ATROCIOUS.

They wait 3 business days to ship out an order. Customer service is non existing. Put on hold and after about 20 minutes you are hung up on. Only order from this place if you cannot find it any where else. Expect about 2 weeks for the shipment.

I had been a Newegg customer for at least a decade or more without issue. One day I found that there were a bunch of charges on my account that weren't mine. Mostly someone hacked either Newegg or PayPal and those charges starting happening, I notified both companies, PayPal handle the issue very professionally, refunded my money and we moved on. However Newegg, took a different approach, they immediately closed my account and refused to allow me to purchase anything. I ended up speaking with the head of customer service at Newegg corporate who after some investigation came back and said that whenever I had a new physical address and a new bank and credit card I could open a new account. My husband and I moved to a new home two months ago and I needed a few things so I went to Newegg and opened an new account with a new email addy, new address, new bank, and new credit card. I opened the account without issue and ordered a new AV receiver. Two days later I get an email saying my account was blocked and they canceled the receiver order, but kept the money for an extended warranty I bought with the receiver. To this day Newegg has never spoken to me about why they did what they did, even though I was clearly not at fault. As long as there are credit cards some people will always find a way to steal your information. That being said, a person with a 780 Fico score shouldn't be denied purchasing from a company when the company your buying from gets hacked. Yet that's exactly what Newegg did. The little I've been able to talk with anyone they all agree that something was wrong and wanted to get my account open, but in the end someone always sabotages their efforts. All I can say is that Newegg is a disgustingly run organization that arbitrarily just shuts people off with no explanation. I find them to be very ignorant of how to treat customers and how to actually talk to a customer. They never do either. My purpose in writing this isn't to get Newegg to change because clearly they don't have that capability, I just felt someone had to expose how they treat customers when they clearly are at fault. I've never had a bill from them that wasn't paid in full immediately, nor have I ever returned things unless they were actually bad, this isn't about me or my buying, this is about a CHINESE company that thinks they are still operating in China and they can do anything they want without consequences, this review is part of the consequences of treating a good customer badly and then refusing to even speak with them.
