“Yes Next was amazing after 2 weeks of shopping I found a dress at Next on line Not sure about the lipsy sizes I ordered a 18 , knowing sometimes the shop sizes are not always correct Love the dress 👗 looked so perfect for the wedding reckons the dress the martial was beautiful”

“Since lockdown I have been desperate to do some Next shopping in Parc Tawe Swansea. The staff, even though exceptionally busy always have time to spend with you and check stock levels. Diane went out of her way to check the stockroom for an item that wasn’t on the sales floor rails and to my delight she found what I was looking for. The same applies to the staff in the Home furnishings department staff were all very courteous & had a very professional manner. Well done Next it’s a pleasure shopping in your store 😊 Thank you”

“I visited Next at Cheltenham Gallagher REtail Park on a busy Saturday morning (16th May 2021). The staff were very busy dealing with customer collections but Victoria spent some considerable time tracking down a duvet for me - in display in store, but not on shelves nor in catalogue. She found it and asked a nearby store to put it aside for me to collect later. She really went the extra mile.”

“I have just bought my son some summer essentials and was very happy with my purchases from next. Got 4 t-shirt, 3 pairs of cotton shorts, 5pk of vests, 4pk of boxer shorts and also 7pk of socks all for under £95. Not only are the super good quality, they're also on the slightly larger width size, as my son is on the sturdy size, he has room to move and climb, alot of other brands are not width enough in the bottom and thigh sections. It has also made my child enjoy trying on his clothes, instead of squeezing into them, then getting upset. Well done NEXT”

“Next have definitely got internet shopping down to a fine art! These days the virtual with a little bit of actual is the way to go. And in my mind Next will always be ahead of the curve in this respect! The days of the High Street for your regular department shop are sadly dwindling but Next provide everything you need under one giant internet market space for the latest in all designer fashion, clothes, furniture etc. Plus the fact you can click and collect from some of their stores in Covid times or when open have a little browse if you want to try before you click! My local store is Selly Oak, Birmingham! Ok there’s been a few hiccups at times during the pandemic but they go out of their way to put things right. The staff are so polite and helpful and their Customer Service are brilliant. You just can’t fault them! I love Next - they beat all other department or internet stores hands down!”

“In these difficult times I was amazed that next offer a return service for online orders. I visited the Epsom store today and was impressed by the first class service and set up. You do t go I store, there is a bell to ring to alert staff you are there, table with screen for safety, staff take your parcel and bring back the receipt. Absolutely brilliant well done next”

“A massive thank you to Mike and Tina at Leeds Birstall store. Due to age and illness, i couldn't get to collect an item ( bed duvet for an elderly person) Tina went above and beyond to arrange,package and postage to me. Very efficient team at this store. Couldn't praise the staff enough. Made a huge difference to a person in need!! Well done team Birstall Leeds”
