“**Sony A7 IV Body**
I wanted to wait for the New Years Sales that everyone had going on. I spent a few hours looking around but had to be quick as I know stock is very low because of Covid-19. They're the only company who had the item for a great deal and were able to offer next day delivery.
I managed to bag the item at a great price before they ran out of stock. Prior to this I spoke to them on their live chat service through their website and they were happy to help answer all my questions. They were very efficient in responding to my questions and were very knowledgable. It gives you great confidence and reassurance!
After placing my order I was a bit baffled as to why I hadn't received any confirmation email. I spoke to them again via the live chat and they informed me to look in my junk email - I didn't think to look there but all the correspondence there. Again as before the service was excellent.
I was sent my tracking for both my A7 IV and SD card. Upon opening my tracking the morning of delivery to check for updates I received a 1hr time slot - which I find really useful. The SD card delivered with my normal post with Royal Mail later that morning. Both were delivered in great condition and I didn't have any issues.
It's been just under a week since I've had the item now. I have had no problems with it and love my camera. It has been one of the most smoothest online buying experiences I've ever had. I have my eye on a few lenses that I'll purchase some time in the future but I will definitely be using Next Day Deal.”

I contacted them before making my purchase to check they had stock and it's very low at the moment - luckily they had stock.
They were very polite over the phone. I then contacted them on their live chat service and was surprised to be speaking to an actual human. I spoke to the lovely Anna and Jamie on two different occasions. They helped me through all my queries and were very informative in helping me make my final decision.
I don't have a PayPal account so I made my purchase using my card using guest checkout and later that evening received a DPD tracking, which gave me an hour delivery slot the next morning of delivery. It's really handy as I can plan my day around the delivery slot.
Couldn't fault the product or their service. Very quick and prompt responses to all my messages on live chat and it gave me a lot of reassurance that there was a human on the other side. Gives you more confidence when placing an order. When I look into buying an additional lens I will be coming back to use them. They're very well priced and have really great informative customer service agents”

I placed my order on Monday for the Canon R5 and confirmed stock over the telephone. It arrived the next day all brand new and boxed.

“Fast and efficient service by NDD
I received my brand new boxed lens on the following day after ordering lunchtime. I was impressed with the speed at which it arrived. (RF 70-200L lens). This was the second time Iâve purchased from NDD and both times Iâve been very impressed with their communication and efficient service.”
“f I could give this company a minus score I would. The customer service by NDD via Dan is something I have never experienced before.
I ordered a camera through NDD on a Saturday. I expected the camera to arrive the following Monday/Tuesday at the latest due to the promise of next âdayâ delivery. I then received an email Monday saying that there were some delays so to expect my camera within the next couple of days. - slightly miffed but okay, grateful for the notification.
Wednesday comes - nothing. Thursday come - nothing. I think you can see how this is going⌠Friday comes - nothing. So I email again asking for an update. I was told there was another delay of 2-3 days. Saturday come and there is still no progress, Royal Mail do not seem to recognise the reference number so I phoned and spoke to someone called Dan who must be the reining winner of the award for worst customer service - congrats Dan. I started the call slightly annoyed and so expected to be met with a proactive and apologetic response. With at least the offer of seeing what could be done. Instead, I was patronised, berated and told I was unreasonable for a) being annoyed my camera hadnât arrived within the promised time window. B) told that I shouldnât phone and complain to him (Dan) as it wasnât his problem. And c) that It was my risk and therefore my fault for ordering with NDD as they donât offer next day delivery as apparently per their t&câs. Totally absolving the company is any responsibility or obligation to the customer. I asked to speak to a manager as was told that âwasnât very niceâ and that there wasnât one. I was told curriers didnât exist that delivered next day over the weekend - blatant lie.
Suffice to say, I left the call absolutely enraged. I have request a full refund and a call back from a manager Monday morningâŚwatch this space.
In summary DO NOT ORDER FROM NEXT DAY DEAL unless you want to receive bad customer service and to be majorly p*#ssed off.
Update around 40 minutiae after posting my original review above.
I have just received a very aggressive phone call from Dan at NDD telling me that he was in fact the director and that I would not be receiving my money back because I was âaggressive and treated him badlyâ. He then called me a âKarenâ which I found hilarious. He continued this way speaking over me for the next ten minutes telling me that my review was lies. I asked what his objective was by phoning me, he didnât answer. I have recorded the call. I ended by telling him this then hanging up.
Strangely, a few minute after I received text from my social medial accounts and email accounts asking to reset my passwordâŚ.I can only assume this was him.
What a guy and what an experience so far.
Update again. After posting the above update NDD has reported my review on trust pilot making therefore hiding the review. Clearly complaining due to appalling customer service has hit a nerve.”
“I was on the lookout for deal on a Sony A1. I spent about a week going back and forth before going with nextdaydeal. To be honest they're the only company that gave me reassurance and were a UK based company unlike the others and didnât get annoyed at my price haggling. Go with them if youâre on the fence might not be the cheapest but for this much money stick to a UK company.
The delivery was next day by DPD and it was brand new as described.”
