“I still haven’t received my order, I live a couple hours away from the company and it has sent my order through several different states going on 2 weeks. I don’t understand this.”

“The letters on my business is very small :( It would have been nice to have been given a warning that due to size of badge, letters would be smaller than normal or something to that. His name is great but you can read whats underneath”

“I don't like the spreadsheet upload process of the order. I made the same file mistake in 2022 that I made again in 2024, only in 2022 it was caught, someone asked if that's what I meant to do, and then worked with me to do it properly. This time I was sent a boxful of blank badges, which I had paid expedited shipping for and paid for in advance, and had to reorder them at cost and expedited shipping again in order to have them for the event. My mistake in uploading the file incorrectly. But how many companies order blank name tags? It might have been good to check on my end to see if that's what was intended. I ended up paying over $500 for a set of 20 blank badges and a set of badges with names. What an awful waste of money. I will be searching for a different alternative for next time I need to order badges, even if I need to pay setup costs.”

We had been in close contact with you as soon as you reached out after receiving the first order. Our system is fully automated which means orders will be produced exactly as entered through our website. Logo only name badges are quite a frequent occurrence which is why it may not have raised suspicion through our production line. We certainly appreciate all of our customers and do not wish them to have such inconveniences when ordering with us. Due to this, we provided a 40% discount on a reorder rather than the full cost. “I placed my order March 11 and had to follow-up two weeks later after not receiving what I was told would be a 5 day process and receiving no contact for the delay. Two weeks after the order placed I call and everything gets done. :(”

“I ordered a name tag, and it took almost a full month to get it. When making the purchase, it looks like I should have received it in 6-9 business days. Mine wasn't even shipped until after 10 business days, and I had to reach out to your customer service team for an update the day before. Once it was shipped, it took another 13-14 days to get the name tag. I thought buying it when I did, I'd get it in plenty of time for what I needed it for, but instead I only got it days before (and I wasn't even sure I'd get it in time). I ordered it on 8/18 and didn't get it until 9/12.”

“The name badges looked nice. However, after wearing it 2 or 3 times the name started coming off. (Literally) Maybe some kind of coating could be used to make it a better quality item. We purchased one for one of my employees that have been with the company for 10 years. As a special thank you. Very disappointed.”
