“I saw a Joules jacket on line from Nicholls. I was undecided about sizing so after ringing and speaking to a very helpful lady I decided to purchase especially as sizes were limited and they had an extra 10% offer on the sale price. My jacket arrived within two days of ordering, beautifully packed in tissue paper and inside a strong secure parcel. I would highly recommend Nicholls as their professional and helpful manner assured me.”

“I found Nicholls through a google search engine. I had been searching for a particular scarf from Joules and after contacting joules directly to no avail I found Nicholls who had the product I was looking for. I ordered and used the express Royal Mail service and within 24 hours of ordering the scarf was delivered to my door (I live in Scotland) - I was delighted. Web was easy to use and am happy that they stock the brands we like Schoffel, RM Williams, Barbour etc.”

“Excellent service. Necklace arrived in good condition and very nicely wrapped. Only negative I could take from my experience is that the message card was very poor. It's just a brown cardboard tag with my message handwritten with a thick black marker. Drop this Nicholls, don't let this make an excellent presentation look a bit cheap. Other than this, everything was 10/10. Thank you”
